They were really good. They were very responsive and their family owned the business. It's a small company but they did a really good job and I will be calling them again probably soon. It was great. They're kind of a small business so it took a little while for them to get over to our house, but they warned me ahead of time and they're busy and they operate on a small scale so I understood that. They fixed everything and it's working well. As I said, I will probably be calling them again.

We have use TNT before and knew they would do good work, and this was no exception. They did a good job. However, their final invoice was for almost 50% more than expected. We normally get a firm quote from all subs, but in this case we used our general contractor's recommendation. This was not any fault of our general contractors. He was just as shocked by their bill as we were. When we questioned the final amount, we were told that had he bid the project it would have been even more. To their credit, the owner did come out and go over the bill with us and showed us where the expenses were, but overall we are still very unhappy with their price. We will not use them again.

They have been good about standing behind their repairs. When I did have an issue with a leaky pipe – they came and fixed it free of charge. They also took care of an issue I was having with my outdoor water spigots. He is the nicest guy. He never over charges me and is so friendly.
