The work was good and it was done on time with no delays. Frank worked with me to stay in budget which was different than other contractors. Frank is friendly and made suggestions to improve what I wanted with no cost increase. Just as a note. Frank will probably not be the cheapest but I believe you get what you pay for. Frank Swanson built a beautiful red cedar fence for us and will be helping with our back yard. He did a great job. Beyond doing a great job, Frank listens and explains the pros and cons of choices and prices, his quote was very reasonable, he cleans up after working, and he enjoys doing whatever he does and does it well. There is an artistry to his work which appreciates the surroundings and difficulties of a site. We have a beautiful fence that has exceeded my expectations.

Frank has worked on our backyard pond in the past. We had it filled a few yeas ago and converted to flower bed. However it subsided a bit and collected water. We had it filled with sand covered with sod. He also got rid of some trees and shrubs in the area and we we are happy with his work and attitude.
