Description of Work: Ben Laws built our custom home in 2000. Its quality and workmanship have been admired many times by other carpenters, plumbers, electricians and various other service personnel over the past thirteen years. We have always been very pleased with its durability, comfort, overall superb quality and curb appeal. Working with Ben during the entire building process was painless. (How many people can say that about building a home?) The completed price was within one percent of the original bid, as previous clients had told us it would be! Ben quickly handled any small issues that presented immediately after building and has been a wonderful asset for new projects and repairs that we have needed done over the past thirteen years. Most recently he helped us replace our Sub-Zero style (very large) refrigerator / freezer....which was a huge logistical job due to the fact that it was upstairs in our house...with no staircase wide enough to get it down out of the house. As the house was being built it was lifted up by crane through our unfinished front porch/ French doors. The companies we contacted through the store where we planned to buy a new fridge/ freezer unit from were quoting about $1200 to cut up and remove the old one and replace it with a much smaller unit. ;( Even though Ben is primarily a home builder, he came to the rescue with a much simpler and easier solution for $475!
