Carpenter was early for appointment (much preferred to late!) and immediately identified the problem. He repaired my door and went the extra yard to ensure that it wouldn't be a problem in the future. We consulted on a second larger job (replacing a small deck) but I haven't heard back although I was told it would be a couple of days. It's been seven.
