The response was immediate, coordinated an estimate and scheduled service on the same day as initial contact. Work was completed and pictures sent. Not a lot of details because of the excellent efficiency of the company personnel and execution of the job.
Description of Work: Removal of vinyl siding job debris.

I found them on Angie’s List. They sent four boys rather than two. They were coming from another moving job and they apologized for being an hour and a half late. They were trying to speed up the process by bringing two extra guys. I am not too sure if they moved my stuff in a storage unit. It may be scratched up; I have to check.
Description of Work: I used Moveroos & Junkeroos for moving.

I entered into a two day packing and storage contract with Moveroos and Junkeroos. On the first day, 24 Sept, two ladies came to my home. I had boxes, tape and packing materials ready for them. They used almost no paper to pad glass and dish items, and the boxes were half full or less when taped shut. I asked several times that they fill the boxes, but was told the movers (coming the next day) would not be able to lift the boxes if they were too heavy. One lady knocked over a glass cabinet door twice and I had to rescue it before it was destroyed. The door was damaged. At one point I found the same lady in my garage holding one of the cushions for my patio set. I thought she might be using it for padding a box as several of the other cushions were no longer with the rest of the set. When they left that night I contacted the company with an email (it was too late to call) and told the operations manager, Mr. Patrick Lee, that I would need the boxes repacked as the contents will not survive the way they are currently packed. I also told him I would require that his company pay for the repair to the cabinet door. He phoned me in the morning and told me he had met with the owner, Mr. Byron Lee, and they would get back with me on what was going to happen next. On this date my house was supposed to be stored in a storage locker and the contract on that locker began that day. Approximately 3pm I received another email from Mr. Patrick Lee stating that Moveroos and Junkeroos would not complete the contract "due to my many concerns." I was left in a house where my kitchen is packed, my clothes are all packed, all linens and towels are packed and yet I cannot move as the boxes still need to be repacked. Over the last few days the stacks of boxes they packed have begun to collapse and fall over. Items are being destroyed. I have had problems contracting a new company as none want the liability of handling items poorly packed by Moveroos and Junkeroos. To add insult to injury, I have come to discover, as I unpack and repack as many boxes as I can, that the lady I found in the garage, stole the cushions. All the custom made cushions for my new patio set are gone. None are in any of the boxes. I do not know how many other things she stole, or how much has been damaged, but Moveroos and Junkeroos will not take my calls, will not respond to my emails and has left me in a horrible spot. The only good thing was that I had not paid them yet. Do not hire this company unless you have your own packing supplies, are willing to pack all of your things yourself and you can keep two eyes on each employee.
Description of Work: Moveroos and Junkeroos was to pack my house in one day and place it into storage on the second day. Two ladies came the first day, did not pack anything correctly (boxes are half full with only one sheet of paper wrapping china or things not wrapped at all but a pillow case laid over the top), damaged a cabinet door when they knocked it over twice, and stole personal items from me. Moveroos and Junkeroos did not complete the contract and walked off the job when asked to fix the problems.
