Moret came out promptly and gave me a fair quote. They came out the next day and completely took care of the problem. They even recommended ways to stop the issue from happening in the future.

Moret is so great! I’ve had 4 jobs for Moret since I bought me house in 2017. They’ve installed new washer/dryer lines where there weren’t any before, and they cut the roots in my drain line that was causing my showers to back up into the house every time I did the laundry (yikes). Another job they did for me was to clean out my instant hot water heater. They could have offered to replace it, but instead, Moret called the manufacturer and had them walk through how to clean it. Tony and his team members are always professional and timely. They explained each stage of the process, and I felt good about the work that was to be done. What was the fourth job, you ask? Raw sewage was overflowing from my city clean out valve and draining down my sidewalk. Tony came out to inspect it and told me it was something the city could and should fix, and he turned down the work since he knew I could get it done free (well, through the taxes I already pay). You cannot put a price on that honesty! Love it!

Excellent. Prompt service and friendly attitude

We hired Moret to fix a leaky toilet which went fine. The rest of the work was a disaster. We have an upstairs shower that had a prior leak to it which was fixed and usable but just needed the fixture replaced correctly. They replaced the fixture but created a new leak! They also were supposed to fix a leaky downstairs faucet but couldn't find the replacement cartridges for weeks. After the owner came back to inspect the work himself and said we would need additional work to find out where the leak was and we were not comfortable with him doing anything else. He also never fixed the downstairs faucet. So no usable shower upstairs and no usable faucet downstairs. After all of this he told us he would only charge $650 for the work he had done, (A flapper valve). My wife felt uncomfortable as she was home alone and paid him. He was supposed to find cartridges but still waiting. Would never recommend this service.

It went perfectly. He knew exactly what to do. He wasn't even there ten minutes. I had called quiet a few other plumbers, none of which would schedule hours after 3 PM. I finally found an Angie's List plumber who said they'd come, but they didn't show up. I highly recommend Moret Plumbing because these guys don't have banker's hours...they have true service hours so that you don't have to take a vacation day (or in some instances lose pay) just to have work done at your home. I will always call Moret Plumbing for my needs from now on...
