K M G Marble & Granite

I visited the store based on the reviews on Angie's List. When I arrived I was pleasantly greeted and quite impressed with the selection of material. They not only had a great selection of stone samples but also cabinets, sinks and drawer pulls to capture the entire idea of my project. The receptionist was happy to discuss my wishes and had an interest in what my concerns were. We walked the grounds to view the inventory several times. After I'd narrowed down my choices, the owner priced my project and patiently answered all of my questions. I visited the store several times before the installation and each time someone treated my concerns with care and respect. Now that my countertops are installed I love my kitchen again. The countertops are absolutely beautiful. The installers did not rush and perform subpar work. The installers obviously took pride in their work because they didn't seem to mind that I was right there looking at every step and asking more questions. I am very particular about details and this company delivered a perfect result throughout the entire process. I have already started to develop my next project and I've recommended KMG to my family!

Great! We are so pleased with the work Ibrahim and his team did on our home. So nice and really cared about craftsmanship. Listened to our ideas and suggested some other ideas that we ended up doing. We absolutely will use them again if needed!

The overall process went very smoothy from the estimate phase, to picking out the granite slabs and the edging and finally the install. Everyone we dealt with at KMG was very professional and helpful and they even let us go and check out the slabs before the install to make sure everthing was the way we wanted it. The install was done in a day and went very smoothly. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend them to family and friends. I will also be using them again when we remodel our bathrooms.

They were very punctual and professional. Granite looked great and installation was almost flawless. Only negative was that while they were performing the demolition of the existing countertop they damaged the sheetrock immediately adjacent to the backsplash, and the silicon sealant they used to seal the top of the backsplash to the wall was not installed well - it was messy and poorly finished. I had to repair this personally to make it look presentable. Overall, I was pleased with them.

Extremely professional installers who were on time and did good work. Sales staff were courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. We ended up outside of our budget, but that was because we couldn't find a granite within our budget that would go with our decor in our kitchen. Sales staff actually negotiated with the granite owner (the slabs we settled on were on consignment) to get us aprice that was at least a little closer to our original budget, which made us feel like they really wanted our business and to have us happy with our purchase. Good company that I would recommend to friends and family.

King Marble and Granite was helpful from the start in picking out my granite and I am very pleased with the choice. They did a great job with the installation, including making things work when the parts weren't exactly right. For example, I chose copper sinks for both bathrooms and the faucet fittings that came standard with my bronze faucets did not fit. The installers were able to re-use my old faucet plumbing parts and made it work. They had to do some extra grinding on-site of the granite which made it possible. This added quite a bit of time to the job but they stuck to their original estimate. They even came back on Sunday to finish the work. They were about an hour late for the initial appointment, but the fact that they stayed so much later than anticipated and came back on Sunday to finish made up for that. I am very pleased with the end result.

We went to the KMG on Lapalco,. The granite selection was beautiful. The person we worked with was very easy to work with, understood our needs, came out and gave us a great estimate. We Are very happy with the quality of work and everyone who sees our countertops comments on how beautiful they are. We are planning to have granite in our bathroom vanity remodels and will be going back to KMG to get the granite cut.

No fancy showrooms or slick salesmen in suits here, just beautiful granite, great price, and terrific installation. After shopping around at several different places we fell in love with a granite slab at KMG. The owner/salesperson isn't pushy at all, but he got the business done. We paid partial up front and the rest after installation. His prices were some of the best we found, the finishing edge and under mount sink installation were nice touches. The workmen who installed our countertops were very nice and professional and cleaned up after themselves. Unless you know where to look the seam is invisible, the measurements were spot on and the oven fit right back where it should. Excellent experience.
