Johanna came to my house and agreed to a price. She was prepared to start that day, but that wasn't convenient for me. We agreed on the following Wednesday. Johanna didn't show up or call. When I called the next day, she didn't return my call. That was about two weeks ago and I have never heard from her.

Services are always Great! Also if you there is something that you didn't like then she won't hesitate to come back and fix it!
Description of Work: Hanna does weekly cleaning at my rental property (entire house) and does and Excellent job! I would recommend her and her services to anyone. She does a way better job than my old cleaning company! Always on time and professional. If you are looking to get a good cleaning and good pricing then this is the company for you.

Hanna helped us at the last moment, coming in less than 25 hours notice. She is punctual, professional, and eager to please. She did everything that we asked of her, and didn't try to rush in and out like some do. She cleaned thoroughly, and happily did little things we needed for this move out inspection. She even got back in touch to ask how the inspection went. You can count on Hanna to get the job done!!!

Hannah arrived promptly using her own transportation and needed little guidance. Her work ethic is excellent and she performed "extra" tasks such as fan cleaning. I am very pleased with her and hope to use her in the future on a recurring basis.

Everything was wonderful,she was there before her schedule time. Nice and professional, very courteous. She cleaned my home as if it was hers. I'm going to use her in the future and definitely refer her to others.
Description of Work: Hanna came in cleaned 3 rooms,2 bathrooms, did a spectacular job in the kitchen. Wiped down the sofas dust from top to bottom. Moped and shined the floors, cleaned out side windows on front porch even my porch lights.
