Josh is a pleasant, friendly man to work with. They replaced the roof on time, just as he said he would. Josh kept me informed throughout the job. I feel like Josh is a friend, not just a roofing contractor. I definitely recommend Good Guys Roofing for your roofing repairs/replacement.

The guys were friendly. sociable and appeared to be quite knowledgeable. However, I regret not haven got a written contractual agreement. I believe the cost changed by the completion of the work. The guy came to my home on MON; He quoted me a verbal agreement. He was nice enough so I believed him. But at the conclusion, his verbal quote was a lot more than I expected. He tried to convince me that price he quoted was agreed upon by me. I didn't want to argue so we worked out a smaller price tag. It was a smaller amount but not by much but still it gave me some peace of mind. However,I blame myself for some of the confusion. Still I take nothing away from his work ability. The job was done satisfactorily but from here on out I'm going to insist on getting a written agreement. I told the guy tat I was a senior and if i depleted my fix income, I would not be able to survive the month without borrowing money from of relative. He listened to my distress; yet still tried to convinced me that I'd agreed to price he was now quoting. I replied why would I agree to such an unrealistic quote? I have bills to pay; Why would I agree to wipe out my monthly income? Again, he assured me that that our agreement. Yes, I am elderly but that don't make sense. I'm about to wipe my monthly income....I don't think so! We could have gone back and forth saying & did not....did too but for the sake of sanity, he agreed to a small discount. Thus, although we departed on friendly terms...neither of us were satisfied with final arrangements.

They are friendly guys came out same day. Found other spots in the roof that I didn t know about and repaired in on the spot. Took them less then 2 hours to do the repairs

hard workers ,unavoidable delay due to rain

He tells you he would like to do your job. He says he will give you a cut rate price to get the job and get a good rating but once he expose your roof and open everything up ,he double the price and tells you its going to take more to do the Job and then the agree work is not what he said it would be, and while he is doing that he tells you to leave the roof for safety reason. I ended up with a $2,000 dollar worth of Crap. Mr. Vincent Garcia talks a good game but customer beware. Jack up price, want more money in my case dose shabby work, just want to get paid. Oh, watch out he wants and advance to get the material. I wish I could show you before and after pictures.

We have to say we have dealt with a lot of contractors. It is very hard to find a good contractor. We can say we have found one of the best. We contacted them to do roof repair because our house had been leaking inside for months. We tried many people to come and fix the leak. No one showed up. Goog Guys not only showed up the same day to review the situation which we call them late in the day. Good Guys stayed late to fix the problem but rain out of light. they were there first thing in the morning before heavy rains were do that day. We could not be any happier with the outstanding customer service. We are very pleased and thanked them by giving extra for fast service.
