Description of Work: Everything went smoothly except for the giant rainstorm all afternoon. Carlos installed a window unit for me. He and his helper did as much work as possible the first day (stormed all afternoon), and finished up when the weather cleared on a second day. They came over the previous weekend to build the platform for the condenser. Hauled away old equipment and cleaned up behind themselves. Great experience! | |1-Remove the outdoor condenser and the indoor evaporator plus remove the current refrigerant line; 2-Install a new refrigerant line set with thermostat wiring; 3-Install a new transition plenum to the existing furnace to the new indoor evaporator coil; 4-Install a new supply plenum to the evaporator coil and connect all of the current ductwork; 5-Install the condenser on a raised platform and braze the refrigerant lines; 6-Pressure test the system for leaks and pull a vacuum; 7-Install two float switches and insulate the primary drainage line; 8-Install a new thermostat; 9-Test the system to assure proper operation is met; 10-Request final inspection through code enforcement.

I found it truly refreshing to have a service provider who was honest, diligent and fair. I could not have been more pleased with the customer experience which was provided.
Description of Work: I had Carlos out to perform cleaning and checkup on my heating systems. He performed those services and in doing so discovered some other issues. He came to me with the problems as he discovered them and gave a clear and understandable description of the issues and the options for dealing with them. Following these discussions, Carlos sought out the most economical way to solve the problems and bring my systems into full working order.
