+ -1 moreEverything thing went well . Our bid from Suburban was right in the middle of our other bids. After speaking with Marty and seeing some of the other roofs they installed in the area we picked Suburban Roofing. Marty was very helpful in us choosing a color. He actually made a special trip to my home with some shingles of the two colors we where considering. We nailed them on our roof and was able to see which one best matched our brick. This helped a great deal with us picking the right color.As for the worker they arrived on time and finished job as promised. They conducted themselves in a professional manner and left our yard clean when job was completed. I would not hesitate to us them again.
Description of Work: Removed old roof down to decking and replaced with new GAF shingles. They also added 3 low profile vents to help attic ventilation. They lengthen all ridge vent and added 2 new ones. They also lowered a wind turbine on my garage that was improperly installed from when house was built.

I'd seen their work in my neighborhood and other neighborhoods and the condition of the work site was very tidy. I didn't see debris in the yard, it was very clean, and they were careful to get all the roofing nails up. Their responsiveness was wonderful, their punctuality was excellent, and their professionalism was excellent. I decided on SUBURBAN ROOFING & SIDING to come out and actually do the work.
