We needed a full renovation for an investment property that we were going to purchase. I am a licensed realtor/investor. Gerardo came over with his crew and promised to get us an estimate in 1 week. 2 weeks passed. During that time, I called him everyday, no answer. I went to put in an offer on the house and suddenly it was pending sale. The house came with all materials to repair within purchase price and most work had already been done. Every bone in my body is telling me that Gerardo snaked us and either took the property for himself or has something to do with the house being snatched from us. He refused to take my or my husbands calls to this day. This company is not trust worthy and definitely not investor reliable. Would not recommend to anyone!"

"I think what stands out about his work is his honesty, character, and ethical professionalism. Several times in my project he made sure that the work was to code. My house is an old house. He was honest to tell me my idea for the barn door would not work because of the space and also because it made the space become something that would distract from the custom made beautiful china cabinet being installed. The solution I wanted was to have a door not bang on another door and be in the way when opened. He said he had the solution. It was a joyful treat to see the door he had purchase and installed. That door had some barn door like lines to it without being overbearing. He listens and makes it happen."
