If you must hire this company, only do so if you obtain a performance bond. They replaced a portion of our roof in August of 2020 and repaired damage from Ida in September, 2021. The total cost was $6,800.00 But when we decided to sell the house, a building inspection this February found the roof rapidly deteriorating due to poor workmanship and substandard or improper materials. They refused to accept responsibility, offering only to provide a repair estimate - which was not forthcoming. We had the entire roof replaced by another company and then filed a claim against Juneau's insurance to recover our loses. Unfortunately, their policy only covered damage to other parts of the house caused by leaks resulting from the shoddy work. A letter to the owners arguing that they had a moral and ethical obligation to compensate us went unanswered.

This company is the worst in the industry, Not only did the put a hole in my roof which cause 2000.00 dollars in damages that refused to cover. The company never pulled permits for the job. Workers are rude and high most of the time

After receiving the quote, I contacted them again, contacted an owner and as part of the call told them how difficult it was to deal with their company and that they basically had been unresponsive. I told them I wasn't inclined to do business with them because it had been so hard to deal with them. The exact response - that's fine if you want to go with the other company, we are very busy. Wow. Just wow. Find another vendor. That is all I can say about how I was treated....and FYI, this was for repairs on a commercial building, not my home.

I had a problem and called them, and they came out to show me that it was something else. I understood the way that they explained the source of moisture - and they were right when I had an insulator look at it. I think they do good work and follow it up with responses to questions.

I am an out-of-town owner of property in New Orleans. I currently have a tenant residing in my townhome. I was informed that there was a water stain on the celing of one of my upstairs bedrooms. Since I was concerned about a roof leak, I looked up roofers on Angie's List. I did contact one roofing company, Titan Exteriors. They returned my phone call within a few hours but stated that they were unable to take on the job. They then referred me to Juneau-Oldenwald, with high recommendations. I proceeded to contact Juneau-Oldenwald, and initially left a message. I received a return phone call a day later and the associate took down my address, roof type, and contact information. I was told a roofer would contact me soon. Unfortunately, I was never contacted regarding the job. I called a few weeks later and was able to speak to an associate directy. I told them my information again and stated that I was never contacted after calling previously. I was told once again that I would be contacted soon. I never received a follow up call. I must attribute the lack of return call to the shear volume of calls and jobs that Juneau-Odenwald has on its docket. I hope future clients are welcomed with a more prompt response time, even if it is to inform the client of the potential wait time for service.
