+ -1 moreTremendous experience. Knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and quick. Went way out of his way to help me. Truly, I highly recommend Fix All. Service experience the likes of which I thought no longer existed.
Description of Work: Cell phone was submerged in water for quite some time. After several days of trying on my own to dry phone out, with no success, I brought it to Fix All,. I found him here on Angie's List. In about fifteen minutes he had the phone operating, however the screen was ruined and had to be replaced; which he did for a very reasonable price. Since I had not thought to bring the SIM card he could not fully test the phone, though everything seemed fine. When I inserted the SIM it would not locate the network. Took it back to Fix All with the SIM inserted and discovered that mother board was bad. He sold me a remanufactured phone, an upgrade from mine, and deducted the screen replacement from the price. What I paid for the phone was a great deal less than a comparable on Amazon and eBay. He restored my data to the new phone and put a new screen saver to complete the phone protection with the case I provided, and did not charge me for either service.
