The job was done in an excellent way. I met the two gentlemen that was working at the house and the job was in the front garden. They not only did a great job but was very concern with not disturbing the plants in the garden. They left the job clean and restored the garden to the best of their ability which impressed me that they were as concerned for leaving the job and garden as they found it. I thank both of the workers and Mr. Frank for a great job.

The plumbers Marty and Frank were great. They explained the work that was done and now everything works great.

I contacted Frank, with Bob's Plumbing (in Harahan). I found him to be extremely accommodating in trying to get someone out to fix my problem quickly. Two plumbers, Jimmy and Mike, arrived at my house ON TIME. They actually waited a few minutes for me to arrive (since I was stuck in traffic). I was their last appointment of the day. They immediately got to work on the problem. I was impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. In addition to replacing the sink strainer and tail piece on the drain, they replaced an O-ring on the sink spout, because it was also leaking. Whatever parts were needed, were on their truck. They came prepared! They were done in about 30 minutes. The cost for parts and labor was very reasonable, $143. I found everyone at Bob's Plumbing to be courteous and personable. It is my pleasure to write this review for the business. I will definitely use them again in the future.

The staff is amazing. I have used them 3 times now..they diagnose the problem, show up right on time and seem to price fairly. I will definitely continue to use them!

Scheduled within 2days; first appointment of the day. Two men came, very prompt and courteous, they worked on a problem of constant dripping until it got resolved. Was a pleasure dealing with them. Changed and rebuilt plumbing fixtures.

My name is Chris Ruello and I highly recommend Bob's Plumbing. A few months ago my tankless water heater broke, being an older tankless model, it was quite tricky to fix, we hired other plumbers before Bob's plumbing, but it still would not pump out hot water! After about a week of not getting our calls returned from the other plumbers, we decided to give Bob's Plumbing a call. They got the job done atleast 10x faster than the other plumbers and we havent had an issue with it since! (Update) Recently our toilet in the upstairs bathroom has been acting up, but we called bobs plumbing over to do a replacement for us. Expecting to have to take off work so I could be home while they installed our new toilet, before I could even ask for the night off, they had finished the job in less than an hour. Once again, if you or someone you know has an issue, Bob's Plumbing is the right choice!!

Called Bob's Monday morning at 7 am, they out there, did the job and were done by 12 noon. Replaced a leaking hot water heater in a very efficient manner. When I need a plumber will call him again. Thank You Frank

Bobs was simply AWESOME!!! Very responsive and very down to earth. Most plumber gave me doom and gloom. Bobs gave me a realistic outlook and a down to earth price that was simply the best in town. They took care of the job in no time. I have never had to call them back for any job, big or small, they have done for me. It has always been done right the first time. I highly reccommend this company. I go back many years using their services.

They fixed me right up - unfortunately, given the age and condition of my water heaters (as the team showed me, the heaters had collected tons of corrosion and rust), I had to replace both heaters, which naturally was a shock to my wallet. But Bob's worked out a very fair price for their time and effort since thy could tell I wasn't expecting such a sudden cost, and the need for replacement was so dire. Installation wasn't going to be easy, since my heaters were in the attic and on the very far side, but the guys plugged along and didn't quit until it was done. They were careful to cover my floors to avoid any messes, and even cleaned out my tub after they drained the heaters. Took about half a day, and that's considering they had to go get another heater once they realized the other one needed to be replaced too.

Very respectful, fast. I plan on using them for all my future plumbing needs!
