Perfectly. Both individuals were extremely friendly and polite. In addition to the work performed, they actually volunteered to do some small things that I didn't even ask them to do. I wanted to clean the aerators on my bathroom faucets which I used to do regularly but could no longer unscrew them. The repairman not only unscrewed them for me, but cleaned both drains and even replaced one of the aerators. I'm not sure if I'm using the right term (aerator). I'm referring to the end of the faucet where the water comes out which usually has a screen that becomes dirty.

I called midday Friday for an "emergency" call. They were able to fit me in that afternoon. They did an outstanding job and were very polite and professional. I will save their number for next time.

They were totally prepared for the job since they appeared the day before installation to evaluate the situation. The next morning a crew of four arrived, completed drainage of the broken water heater, removed it and installed the new replacement. These guys don't mess around. They completed the job in less than 90 minutes, despite having to deal with the attic location. I won't hesitate to use them again. Personnel were pleasant and professional.

Frank was very responsive and was able to handle repair quickly. He did not know the scope of the job going in but was able to identify the corrective action and replace in the same day to allow use of the tub over the weekend. He communicated that the smaller part of the repair would be done on Monday and they did exactly that. Frank was very professional and followed up with me in between jobs to have a nice 30 minute discussion. Highly recommend.

I was very pleased with the work of Bob’s Plumbing. This is not the first time I had them over for plumbing problems (replaced faucet, installed hot water heater and replaced old pipes) and I have always found them to be reliable, friendly and very professional. When they completed the jobs, the work area was always left clean and I felt the jobs were done right. I would not hesitate calling them again for any plumbing problems. I trust they will do the job correctly and not try to talk me into doing unnecessary work.

Exceptional service received from Bob’s plumbing each & every time! One of my hot water heaters was discovered leaking @ 8:30 pm. I called Frank early the next morning to ask for help & he came to the rescue almost immediately to diagnose my problem. The next day he replaced both hot water heaters & did an outstanding job. I have been using Bob’s plumbing for over 20 years & Mike & Matt know the plumbing in my entire house. They have renovated my kitchen & bathroom. I appreciate them. I have always appreciated Bob’s quick response & caring attitude towards a loyal customer. Now I must compliment Frank-Bob’s son who is answering my calls & plumbing requests. Frank offers the best customer service by being polite & professional-he too is loyal to my calls & I know Bob must be proud. I will never use another plumbing company.

Mike, Frank, and another plumber worked on this project. Frank was professional and honest. He explained to all of costs involved beforehand. I gave him the okay and they took care of everything! After the work was complete, they cleaned up and made sure everything was operating well. Mike is very knowledgeable and professional.

Great! The problem was corrected and we feel this will not occur again. We were introduced to Bob's plumbing company when we renovated our downstairs area in 2004. They were used again after we suffered damage from Katrina. We are completely satisfied with their knowledge and professionalism. We appreciate their quick response and notification just prior to their arrival. Friendly, competent, timely and professional service that's what keeps us calling Bob's for all our plumbing needs. They called about 20 minutes before arriving within the window of time they had prearranged the day before. They we very kind to my elderly mother. They answered all her many questions. They did a through job and found an additional small issue and fixed it also. Very courteous and I would highly recommend them.

They did fantastic work as noted in the above work that was done. I would definitely hire this company again and refer them to friends and family. Frank and Marty went over and above to make sure all needs were met while they were at our home. They even had to come back out for a minor glitch at 4:30 p.m. on a Friday evening and stayed until it was fixed properly. They cleaned up after the job!! I can't say enough great things about Bob's Plumbing, not sure that there's enough room. I called on Saturday when the company was closed thinking that I'd get a machine, I was pleasantly surprised when I got an actual human, a very professional and nice man, Frank. I told him what my problem was and he asked when on Monday would be a good time, when I told him that I had an appointment at 3, he promised that he would get someone out to me before 12. As promised they were there way before 12 and they even called me before to tell me that they were on their way(truly appreciate that). The two men who came to do the work, Mike and Mat were both very polite, friendly and very professional. The work that they did was top notch. They worked really well together and got the job done in a very reasonable amount of time. I had plenty of time to get ready for my 3 o'clock appointment. Now on to the leaky faucet. The plumbers told me that I needed to get a new faucet and that they would come back tomorrow to put it in. They even recommended a place where I could purchase the faucet as well as the best brand. Called them when I had the faucet and once again they set up the appointment around my schedule and gave a courtesy call when they were on their way. How considerate is that? They are very accommodating. This time it was Frank and Marty who came to install the faucet. Again the work was done quickly and expertly. They also made sure that they cleaned up after the work was done. This company is very honest and Frank gave me a very good deal. I have never had a plumber who walked me through what was done and explained the billing and to even asking me, "does that seem fair to you?" I also didn't feel like I was being taken because I was a woman or because I was a woman I wouldn't understand. They were not condescending and I really appreciate that. I would HIGHLY recommend Bob's Plumbing! Hire them, you will not be disappointed.

Bob's Plumbing came out immediately and did everything that day. They were in and out all at a price that I could afford! Super nice guys that really truly cared. They were very professional and did GREAT work. I would highly commend they again. I can't say enough good things about them. They even texted me a few days later to check to see how things were working. AMAZING WORK!
