This company was on time on each occasion and showed me ways to save money in which really impressed me. I wish there were more companies like Bob's Plumbing that cared about there customers.

Bob's price was literally one third of what I would've had to pay the other guy. They came the day after I called and installed the water heater in under 2 hours. Other than the sound of a cat or dog throwing up, there is nothing quite like the noise of running water that will jolt you out of a deep sleep. I woke up to water not dripping, but POURING from my ceiling. The hot water heater in our attic decided that it was time to die and released every last drop of it's contents over the drip pan and through my ceiling. After cleaning up a huge mess, I called a few friends to get recommendations about a plumber. I wanted to stick with someone that I could trust and that people had first hand experience working with in fixing plumbing issues in their homes. Again and again, Bob's Plumbing, Inc. (Bobsplumbing1.com) was the company that people directed me to check out. I read their numerous reviews (all of which were 5 star) and gave them a call. I spoke with Frank about my hot water heater dying and he answered my many (and probaby redundant) questions and discussed what options were available. He quoted me a VERY competitive price and was able to schedule an installation appointment the following day. Other companies gave me the old "...well, it could be between this and that, it just all depends..." and could not commit to even a ballpark price. Not Frank, he was very clear and I knew exactly what to expect. The following day Frank and his crew (Jimmy and Marty) showed up exactly on time and communicated with me via text before they arrived at my home. They were very professional and went through the exact process of what they were going to do in replacing my water heater. The installation took about 2 hours from start to finish and they made sure everything was completely cleaned up before they left. Frank patiently explained my warranty and how to get in touch with them if I had any additional questions or the water heater needed any maintenance. All in all, I can't tell you how much of a relief it was to have the job done properly, at the exact price quoted, and by people that took a lot of pride in their work. Bob's Plumbing is a company that has been in business for over 50 years and now I know why. They did a fantastic job and I will recommend them to anyone that is looking for a licensed plumber. Frank, Mike and Matt have been wonderful in helping me get plumbing work done on my home. I had smelled a gas leak and had Entergy come out and they ended up taking the gas meter off! I was kind of at the mercy of getting a plumber and contacted Bob's Plumbing based on all the great reviews. They have really gone above and beyond to complete the job in a timely and cost efficient manner. Frank has been keeping me updated and Mike and Matt were considerate, tidy and thorough in their work. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a kind, professional and honest plumbing company. The service is excellent. The crew came as they said they would, finished the job quickly. The price is a bit high, but I would expect to get what I pay for.

I contacted Bob's plumbing at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, 08/20/18 to check availability to fix the plumbing issues. Frank was the representative who took the call and mentioned he could stop by my house in Harahan in a few hours. This was comforting since I had complete plumbing blockage with a household of a wife and two children, 18 months and 3 y/o. Frank and Matt arrived at 11:00 a.m. on the same day to come to the rescue. They removed the toilet from the floor to diagnose the problem. I thought baby wipes flushed down the toilet could have been the reason for the problem, but lo and behold the "snake" revealed tree roots in the main line was the culprit. The bathroom was a mess from the toilet removal and I was not looking forward to cleaning up the mess. As I walked by the bathroom, I noticed Matt diligently cleaning the floor to make sure the bathroom was in a better condition than before they arrived. Frank informed me that it's possible the roots will come back in the near future and let me know my options. He also offered to share his contacts if necessary. Needless to say, I highly recommend Bob's Plumbing to take care of your plumbing needs.

Excellent service & value. I was able to contact Frank at Bob's Plumbing to arrange the repairs for my 90 yr old mother in law. Mike was prompt polite & professional with clear explanation of the work performed and what caused problems, as well as, post repair instructions. She was very pleased and happy. They come the day I call, get the job done carefully and neatly. I have never been disappointed and like the people who work for them. They are reasonable and very nice. I have had to replace toilets, clean out drains, replace very old pipes under the house, fix leaky faucets...you name it. I highly recommend them.

I can't say enough about Bob's Plumbing. They were great. Not only were they able to find the leak quickly (which wasn't easy since I have foam insulation) but repaired quickly with minimal issues...and put me in touch with someone to replace the sheetrock. They were very straightforward and honest and explained everything to me. (This is coming from someone who had to rebuild my house twice since Katrina due to faulty repairs) I have used so many repair businesses in the last 10-12 years that it would be impossible to count. (60+) Not even one came close to Bobs Plumbing. I felt I was dealing with an honest business for the first time. I will use again and again and will highly recommend to anyone needing a plumber.

Called Bob's Plumbing on Tues 6/19 I called @ 3:00pm explained hot water heater leaking. I was told they could do the job the next day for 12:30 & 2 gentlemen arrived at 12:30 the next day. In the mean time advised to turn water off from tank which stopped the leaking till they arrived. Was quoted a price within about an hour after my initial call and it was an excellant price for removal and installation for a Rheem, which is what we wanted. Bobs Plumbing quoted the best price compared to 3 other companies. Other companies mentioned anywhere from $800.00 to 1200.00. Very friendly, polite, informative & explained everything they were doing and cleaned everything before leaving and took old water heater & put in their truck. I highly recommend Bob's Plumbing to everyone. No need to look elsewhere.

They came at appointed time and did repair work well. Job took a good while due to having to remove some tile and the original valve installation being done improperly. Repair was completed in timely manner. Cleanup could have been better.

It went very well. I know they were very busy with the freeze but they worked me into their schedule and did a great job. Afterwards I had a new bathroom sink & vanity with a bit of an awkward install and they made everything fit perfect, once again doing a fantastic job.

Bob's plumbing team fixed the leak and updated other gas lines to get everything up to standard. They were fast, professional and fairly priced.

I called and SAME DAY Bob's was able to handle what I thought was going to be a hot water replacement. Fortunately, the service tech was (Darrin...A+) able to fix the water heater instead of replacing it. I saved $1300 today and my water is hot again.

Excellent. We have older home and Bob’s Plumbing took extra step to shop for matching knobs so we would not have to buy all new hardware and keep the integrity of our bathrooms/kitchen. Had numerous “mini jobs” and none were too small. Courteous, prompt reliable service.

A year ago a plumber repairing our refrigerator told me it would cost $300 to fix the broken shut-off valve on the backyard water spigot (the same one where we hook up our garden hose). This week I decided to have the work done but instead contacted Bob’s Plumbing in Harahan, La., because of the company’s excellent reviews on Angie’s List. Frank, who answered the phone, told me the flat rate is $125 per hour plus parts (which amazed me because few companies are willing to quote hourly rates) and that at most I would be looking at a $200 job. He also mentioned I would receive a $15 discount as a first-time customer. Sweet. On the scheduled day Mike and his assistant arrived at the appointed time. Both were professional, courteous and informative -- happy to answer any and all of my questions as they repaired the damaged section of the exterior backyard pipe. They finished within the hour. My total cost for the repair was $156 – literally half the cost quoted to me by the refrigerator plumber a year ago. I am extremely pleased with my experience with Bob’s Plumbing and would highly recommend them to anyone in the greater New Orleans area who values honesty, dependability, a fair rate and, equally important, a job well done.
