Everything went great.

They were prompt....on time....clean and very professional. There guys are so nice clean cut and trusting. They even left the bathroom cleaner then it was before they started.

They were great to work with as usual. They made sure everything was brought up to current code, went over and beyond to get the new gas plumbing, venting thru the roof and hot water heater installed ASAP. Do to the special circumstances and our budget, Bob's Plumbing reduced their normal pricing so this could happen. We greatly appreciate their time and effort assisting our client. Upon follow up with our client after the installation, they were so pleased with the job and had tears in the eyes for finally having hot water again. A special thanks to both Bob and Frank for helping this family in need.

GREAT! The guys were GREAT, the service was AWESOME and the price was VERY REASONABLE! I thought this was going to be a stressful experience because you know how it is when something in the house breaks BUT it was quite the opposite! Quick and easy experience. I called Bob's plumbing because my toilet was leaking. They came out the same day, changed my valve and re-seated the toilet. Not only does my toilet not leak anymore, but it also doesn't rock back and forth like it used to This job actually went better than I expected!

Bob's did a great job. They removed and replaced the water heater and hooked up the kitchen with ease. Cleaned up very tidy after. Everything works great. My family has continuously used this company for 30 years. They do what they say they're going to do. End of story.

I decided to give Bob's Plumbing a call, based on all the positive online reviews that they had. I am so glad I did! These guys have first class customer service. When I initially called, I spoke to Frank. He was great and really took the time to talk to me about the problem I was having. He was able to give me rough estimate of how much my bill would be. Next, we scheduled a time to come out, and they showed up exactly when they promised. The plumber, Mike, was very nice and courteous. I liked him instantly. As he started to work, it was evident that he was highly experienced and knew exactly what he was doing. I could not have been more pleased with his work. His helper, Matt, was equally as wonderful When it came time for the bill, it was exactly what I had been quoted, which was a sigh of relief. I couldn't have asked for anything more. It was precisely what you would hope for in terms of hiring someone to do a job at your house. Everyone there was courteous and professional, along with having very reasonable prices. A highly reputable plumber I'd known and used for over 30 years retired, so he highly recommended Bob's Plumbing when I needed a special tankless gas water heater installed asap. I wasn't disappointed....Bob gave me a fair estimate. His professional office staff and crew know what they're doing....showing great communication skills and their expertise installing the heater quickly. He's earned my future plumbing service needs and I won't hesitate to highly recommend him to friends and family.

I have been using Bob's plumbing for the last 19 years, so they were the first i called. Crew came out, pulled toilet and ran auger through line and then went up on roof and ran a snake down vent pipe to clear rest of line. Both men were very professional and took care to not damage bathroom floor tile pulling and resetting toilet or damage roof while up on it. They even hosed roof off with water when they were done. Very happy with the job done.

My water heater is located in my attic and is a bit hard to get to so my job requires two me to complete the change. Bob's sent over two extremely nice workers. They arrived at our scheduled time, they were dressed in uniforms and looked very professional. They came in changed out the water heater, made sure that everything was working properly before cleaning up any mess. They gave me advise on how to set my heater to get the best use out of it with out raising my bills. I could not have been more pleased by their help. I will be using Bob's for all my plumbing need in the future.

When I called originally about using Bob's Plumbing I was told that they charge $100 per hour. The first service I had the plumber charge us $105. I paid him and then called the office and wanted to know why I am being charged more. The person I spoke to told me that the plumber made a mistake and agreed to give me $5 credit on the next bill. The next service I was charged $150 for labor and $10 for parts. This plumber was there less than 40 minutes. I called again and a different clerical person told me that they do charge $100 per hour, but for certain services, they charge more. I told her that is not what I was told when I agreed to use them. She told me that she has to review the bill from the plumber and that she would get back to me. She did call me the next day and told me that the plumber said that he spent hour and a half there. I told her that was not true, that he spent 40 minutes there. She adjusted the bill to $100 plus the cost of $10 for the part and told me that if I do not like their service, I should use someone else. I have no intention of using them.

The job went perfect; their crew showed up on time like they said. The men were in all of their uniforms with their names on it so my wife knew who she was speaking with. They were very thorough and explained to her everything they were doing. We even had a kink in the gas line that was unexpected and they fixed it free of charge. The new hot water heater and installation went smooth and I can't say enough about the guys. Our sewer line was also backed up and the city would not respond but the guys at Bob's plumbing took care of it for us so we no longer have that horrible smell and mess, They went above and beyond what our expectations were. You will love Mr. Bob and his crew. They are my new plumbers and we own several rental properties throughout the city.
