This company was a subcontractor for a house just built. Early in construction the owner of this franchise agreed to do some minor home theater prep work in addition to alarm and garage door installation. That minor work was to cut four holes in my ceiling to make it easier for me to install ceiling surround speakers. For two months as I attempted to price and schedule this minor work, the owner of this franchise ignored emails and failed to return a phone message pertaining to his charges. When it was time to do the work, when he was onsite to trim out the alarm system, he did not make the ceiling hole cuts. When pressed after the fact, he agreed to do the work at an inflated minimum time charge. It's as though he didn't ever intend to do the work, which would have been fine had he not agreed to do it in the first place, Although the alarm system and garage door opener (left without light bulbs in the motor unit) appear to be working properly, my experience with this business is summarized as inconsiderate, inconvenient, and unprofessional.
Description of Work: Installed alarm system and garage rollup door and opener, failed to carry out minor home theater prep work incidental to other work.
