The Tile Pros

I have attempted to reach this company by phone several times, but I keep getting the wrong number. Are they still in business? If not, this listing needs to be eliminated from Angie's List since the current owner of the phone number is annoyed by all of the calls he gets for Tile Pros!

Contact through Angie's List channels was not prompt. It was around a month. Wayne apologized. Due to the delay, he lost the bid for a pressing issue to remodel a standard bathtub with ceramic tile surround. He arrived promptly, however, t o give estimate to demolish a custom shower stall and rebuild it with our partially provided materials. We are satisfied with the estimate. We have another contract progressing on the other bathtub. We might pursue the Tile Pros proposal once the pending renovations from another company have completed. The acceptance of Tile Pros proposal will be determined based on contractor approval of our selected materials, which vary in size from contractor predicted deminsions. More to come...

Wyane was prompt. He got to the job in a few days, he came every morning within a half hour of when he said he'd show and did the work in three days, only taking Sunday off. The work was well done. I would use him again and will recommend him to friends and neighbors. He did the work for the cost he quoted. He only asked for 1/3 down after doing the first day's work. The work was dusty in tearing out the concrete. Wayne tried to minimize the dust when working, opened the window. I'd strongly suggest taking everything out of the bathroom before he starts if you have to tear out the slab. Lot's of dust when jackhammering concrete. Not Wayne's fault, he did all he could to be clean, just the nature of this kind of work. We put a drop cloth on floor and Wayne stayed on it. Remember, he has to walk in and out of the house, so if you put down drop cloths for him, he'll stay on them. I don't believe I could have found a better contractor for a show pan replacement.

Wayne has worked for me personally. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is willing to pay a reasonable price for excellent work. I would like to let Angie's List know that I have 35 yrs experience in the contracting industry. I am now presently retired. I know good work when I see it. This man would be an asset to anyone who needs tile work done.
