My experience was wonderful from beginning to end. Debra Ridgedell met with my insurance adjuster which helped things go very smoothly. The guys who replaced my roof were professional and hard working. I would highly recommend them!!

I had leaks that showed up after the latest hurricane, I requested a quote from Roofs Restored. Brian came out and inspected the roof, explained what he saw, and the options. He provided a quote the next day, and after answering all my question, I decided to proceed. The crew showed up less than a week later to perform the work, they placed tarps around the house to catch debris, protect the yard and plants. They quickly cleared existing roofing, repaired a couple of areas where water had gotten under the shingles and rotted the wood underneath. They cleaned up the work area, and did a great job completing the job in one day. I highly recommend them.

We signed a contract January 3rd. I paid their sorry ***** half January 11th. Do you know these bastards won't even commit to a ******* day they can get started!

Let's face it - it's not fun to get your roof replaced. When our insurance inspector said ours needed replacement because of hail damage, we initially hired Roofs Restored because of their product quality. In the end, it turns out we were most impressed by their exceptional service, especially Tony Dunn, who helped us navigate the entire process and efficiently responded to all our questions and concerns. Top marks to Tony and his team for a tough job well done.

All went well. Wish the shingles matched the worn existing shingles better, but I understand that is hard to accomplish.

I requested to have leaking roof and ceiling repaired but only roof was fixed, ceiling still in need of repair

Everything went just as expected. Crew replaced large steep roof in one day and cleaned up everything to the point that it was cleaner than when they arrived. Supervisor returned the next day to check on finished job and ran magnet around the house again to pick up any nails crew may have missed. Would not hesitate to hire again or recommend them.

We had hail damage from a storm in 2018. Adam came out and assessed the damage and helped us file a claim w our insurance company. He met the insurance adjustor at our house to make sure the adjustor saw everything. After the insurance company and Roof's Restored agreed on the cost of the roof replacement we selected our new shingles and set a date for starting. We were pushed back one week due to bad weather, but once they started they finished in two days. We had one minor issue that Adam fixed immediately. Overall, things went very well and I am extremely pleased w the work Roof's Restored and Adam did for us!

We called them out for an inspection due to a roof leak. Steve came out & did a temporary repair, so it would not leak until we could get the whole roof replaced. He was extremely helpful and courteous. I would definitely recommend this company for roofing needs.
