Mr. Chris was awesome! My situation was that rats had gotten in my house (although I personally find them adorable, I do not want them running amok in my house). I purchased a plan to eliminate the rats, seal up possible entry points to include new attic vent covering and deodorizing of the attic. He came out periodically to check traps and dispose of any catches. Was always timely, communicative, worked around my schedule, and was certainly professional. It has been a couple weeks now and no new signs of any rats so at this point, I feel it was a job well done. I highly recommend it!

Very professional! Effectively sealed-off access points. Followed-up with us on a very regular basis during the treatment period. Would definitely recommend.

Chris came out to get a bird out of our chimney. He arrived exactly when he said he would (on a Friday evening!), quickly completed the removal with skill. Worth every penny. We will call again if needed.

They respond promptly to your request, can get you an appointment for an inspection/estimate set up in pretty short order, and don't leave you hanging when it comes to making an appointment to get started. They make SURE the issues are resolved fully before closing out your job. They are professional and caring, take time to understand what your particular needs are and they address them promptly!

Chris was great! I hope I never have to use him again (LOL), but if I ever have another small pest issue, Chris will be my first call.

The owner went above and beyond to take care of my raccoon problem. He was great. Will rehire if I have any other issues with raccoons.

Lanier's Wildlife Solutions was available to provide timely service. He removed the dead raccoon from under my house and took the carcass for disposal. The expense was more than I had hoped to pay, but as a retiree retreiving the carcass was not something I felt I could personally do. I would call them again if the need arises.

Attentive, prompt, polite and knowledgeable. Returned several days as he said he would to check traps. A two week plan to verify all the critters were taken care of. Rehire in a heartbeat if needed and very satisfied in every way.

Chris is awesome! He's honest, punctual, professional, and a hard worker! He did everything he said he was going to do, and I couldn't be more pleased! Don't hesitate to hire him...you won't be disappointed!

Mr. Lanier was very punctual,professional, and knowledgeable about how to safely handled the 3 baby raccoons that needed to be removed from our backyard. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that needs a recommendations.

Mr. Chris is professional, knowledgeable, and quickly responds to any communication. He is customer focused. He came out to my home, assessed the situation, identified the problem and point of entry. He set traps to capture the critters and to my delight was successful. It is rare to find people in business today that do what they say but he did exactly what he said he would do. Chris is very professional and expeditious in his response time. He comes at the agreed upon time and keeps you informed if there will be a delay. After overhearing critter noises coming from my bathroom wall and the attic I placed calls to several Wildlife/pest removal companies, and Chris was the first one to get back to me. He quickly identified the issues (possums and roof rats) and explained to me my options and he came up with a game plan. Over the course of a couple of weeks he trapped several critters, sealed up points of entry, chemically treated/sanitized my attic, and tore up my old insulation and blew in new insulation and he did this all for a great price. And throughout the entire experience he was incredibly personable and inspired a great deal of confidence. If you re ever in the unfortunate situation of having unwanted critters in your home, I highly recommend Lanier Wildlife!
