Description of Work: Replaced two water heaters in attic and were asked to repair/increase the rate of flow of water in downstairs shower to be as powerful as two other showers in home.

Description of Work: I called Ed's Plumbing at 7:45AM on Monday 10/17/16 to discuss someone coming to inspect a possible water leak in my yard. They said they were unable to come out until Tuesday (understandable). At 1:15pm Monday, they called me to say they had a cancellation and were able to be at my house by 2:00pm. Josh and Brennon arrived at 2pm and promptly went to the leak area, dug a little in my yard, and determined that my water line was not leaking. It was the main water line for the whole street that was right next to my yard. I then informed Josh that my water bill said I used 15,000 gallons instead of my normal 2,000 gallons so there must be a leak somewhere. He asked me if I had anything inside my home not functioning correctly, such as a toilet or faucet. I said yes my toilet is running constantly. Josh explained to me that the toilet would cause an increase in water usage. He then inspected my toilet and replaced the flapper and valve. While Josh finished repairing my toilet, he offered to inspect my other toilet to make sure i didn't have any more issues. He also offered to fix a pipe i had outside. Josh was very nice and informative. His partner Brennon was very diligent in his work. I would recommend Josh and Brennon.

Description of Work: Checked what i thought was a waterline leak in th yard, told me it was something else for no charge.

Description of Work: Called Thursday around 10am, I returned home from surgery to find both of my bathrooms backing up. I was told there were two jobs ahead of me but someone would be by within two hours... I called back at 2 but no one answered then at 4 I called Roto-Rooter in Covington, they arrived within 45 min of my call and cleared the blockage within 30min. I wasn't going to write a review but someone called me today to see if I still had the blockage. If I would have waited on them I would be in a lot of trouble by now. A phone call the next day after 12 noon. Really!!!! I understand situations change but a phone call yesterday would have been preferred

Description of Work: Pressure test and repair gas lines for gas lanterns at the entrance of a subdivision

Description of Work: Did not use this plumber due to high price. They quoted me a price that was 3x the price of the plumber I used to run a gas line.

Description of Work: They fixed a broken pipe most recently, but it was some time ago and I don't remember the date or cost; however their charges are in line with the other plumbers of the area so far as I can tell.

Description of Work: Clean out blocked house sewer pipe.

Description of Work: They came out and checked out my problems to see what kind of tools they needed. I had changed the drain.

Description of Work: Unplugged a toilet that has been a problem for over a month. Recommended do's & don't's for the type of toilet that I have in 2 bathrooms to save me from future problems.
