 + -1 moreMy HVAC was clogged and needed to be cleaned out. Instead of servicing the unit, they told me my unit was full of mold and that I needed to pay $12,000 for an entirely new system. I got a second opinion a few days later who was able to clean my unit for $150 and told me there was no mold. It was only dirt.

 + -1 moreEverything went great. Went above and beyond expectations. I would highly recommend for all A/C and heating needs. Very knowledgeable, professional, and honest. It's good to know that there are still honest small town companies out there that haven't been run out by those big box companies that seem to have started taking everything over.
Description of Work: AC tune up, float switch installation, drip tray replacement, sealed air leaks in the attic, and replaced water damaged floor board in the attic.

 + -1 moreI called them very early in the morning (SATURDAY) . Came here, to our home, before their first call because our unit was completely out. Very polite and detailed in their work and in describing the problems. Also discovered one water heater was leakiing.
Description of Work: Added 6/7 lbs #22 freon, changed filters, checked outside units, repaired a duckk that had come apart in the attic and no air was flowing into one of the bedrooms. It appears we will have to replace the coil. Estimates for new coil coming Monday.

 + -1 moreThey first installed a thermostat that my nephew gave me, but it was much to difficult to use and program. The gentleman that installed the thermostat asked me if I wanted to learn how to use the thermostat and I told him that it was not going to be something I could do. He sold me another thermostat that was much easier to use and easier to see. They did not charge me for the time that it took them to install the first unit. I am very happy with the new thermostat and it works great.
Description of Work: They put in a new thermostat for me that was much easier to see the numbers on.

 + -1 moreI highly recommend these guys. They were punctual, knowledgeable, thorough, professional, and downright nice to be around. My a/c unit was HORRIBLY dirty and clogged. They cleaned the inside and the outside perfectly, and I am very pleased that I called them.
Description of Work: Cleaned outside unit and checked freon, cleaned the inside coil, and cleaned out the drain with CO2.

 + 0 moreThe overall outcome is my ac unit is working fine, and these guys actually fixed it. Thank goodness they still have reliable and honest people out there.
Description of Work: My ac unit was not cooling, I called and they responded within 2 hours. The technician was very polite and thorough. It took several hours to diagnois the problem, but he never seemed frustrated with the situation. I was ready to purchase a new unit, but the tech said "let me try this one last thing." Of course, to my disbelief his last try worked, this saved me a ton of money. Wow, you really don't find these kind of tech's around often, most opt for the whole replacement first. Thank God I called these guys!!!!
