The work was well done my only concern is that it is difficult to communicate with this woman and they came and performed the service when I was not home, which I expressly asked her not to do. Also waited 2-3 wks for actual work to be done. However, the quality of the work was good and they cleaned up after themselves which was a real bonus for me.

The service went very well. I was not able to be on site while it was going on, but I am very pleased with the results and have received many compliments on our yard since The Cracked Pot worked their magic.

Providers were very pleasant. Their schedule did not allow for services until about two weeks after the purchase. They had indicated they would do one type of flower, but did another (which I would not have agreed to as I don't like them). Their work took them approximately only three hours. Instead of providing a credit for the extra hours, we still had to pay an additional amount of approximately 250.00 for materials. (I had planned on that, but thought since the work to be done took so much less time, there would be a consideration.) They never promised that; those were just my thoughts. Anyway, it wasn't such a great deal. Not a bad one, but not great.

Cracked Pot designed and landscaped a beautiful front yard. They were professional, courteous, on time, and chose beautiful plants for my yard. They cleaned my gutters and added extenders. I am very happy with their services.

They were prompt,courteous,professional,hard-working & did a wonderful job! They knew the plants that would thrive in our area (with our heat & humidity combo) & they were creative in the choice of specimens.We are very pleased with our new Landscaping!!

I contacted Cracked Pot for help with a difficult section of my patio. I've had difficulty, in the past, finding plants that would thrive in the space. An appointment was made to assess the space. I was able to voice my preferences, but gave them free range to do as they they thought best. I am pleased with the results, and can't wait to see the garden mature. I will definitely use them again.

Very personable folks. Spoke initially on the phone and then they came in person to give estimate and make sure of exactly what we were wanting. (Our front yard and flower boxes went wild after Hurricane Isaac flooded our neighborhood and home). Very thorough attention to detail and went to greater lengths to get plants best suited for our purposes and desired look. Price was a little higher than I wanted, but they worked with us well and it was worth the difference in price. Very pleasant and very professional. Recommend highly.

The crew was punctual, quick, and extremely polite. The work preformed was of excellent quality. I could not have asked for a better crew with better workmanship as this crew preformed spectacularly.

I called The Cracked Pot Landscaping Service on a Monday, and Wednesday morning the owners, Donna and Bob, arrived to evaluate what needed to be done. We discussed my objective in planting an English Garden, in both the front and backyards. That evening I received a very reasonable and financially doable estimate of the work to be done. I was also grateful that they were amenable to using some plants that I purchased. We set a date for the following week to get the work done. They arrived as promised - armed with gear for two watering systems, dirt, mulch, plants and shrubs that I had requested, as well as those that Donna thought would work well with what I envisioned. All the plants and shrubs they purchased are beautiful. Others were needed, and they willingly spent additional time and effort to acquire them. Donna's guidance on what would work in shade and full sun was invaluable. The first day they cleared the front yard of unwanted plants, pruned, and started planting. Donna is a brilliant landscaper. Bob installed the watering system and my Victorian fountain. Bob took home part of the fountain, as it needed repair, and also purchased timers for the fountains. Mulch was put down, and then on to the backyard. It was prepared for planting. Bob also hung hose holders, and put together my victorian tuteur. All debris was carted away. The second day Donna planted in the backyard. Bob put in the watering system, and got my backyard Victorian fountain working. I had ordered trellises, so they returned for a few hours a couple of days later, and Donna installed the climbers on the trellises, while Bob added to my watering systems, as I had purchased a few more plants. I have dreamed of having two wonderful English gardens for thirty years, and now, because of The Cracked Pot, I have finally realized my objective. My gardens are drop dead beautiful, and so says ALL that view the front garden, and there are many, as I live off a busy shopping street in our city. My experience with Donna and Bob was an excellent one. They are professional, very cooperative, and were willing to listen to me. I would recommend their services to anyone. When I decided to find a landscaper, I did not know who to call. I went to Angie's list and read the reviews. I am so glad that I chose The Cracked Pot - and the dynamic duo of Donna and Bob.

Both my husband and I enjoyed working with the Yeager's. They are professional, prompt and do excellent work. We could not be more pleased with the results. I stood in my yard for 15 minutes admiring their work and am amazed at just how beautiful everything looks. We will most certainly call "The Cracked Pot" for future landscaping needs and would not hesitate to recommend them highly. Their prices are A+++ and while other companies may consider anything under $2000 too small of a job to bother with, the Yeager's made my $1105.00 yard work look like $2000.00. We are very pleased with this company and you will be too!

It went very well. The biggest problem was the weather.

They were excellent. They came out the day I called to look around and take measurements. They came the following week to do the work and only took 2 days to do it. The garden looked fabulous and I couldn't have been more happy. Additionally, the Donna and Bob are really nice people also.

The Cracked Pot Landscapint & Maintenance Service 985 722-5158 ant to keep!This is the second time I have used their sevices and will continue to do so. Their estimate is very thorough and lists quanity, size and amount. They work quickly, cleanly and make the transformation seem like magic. They come prepared having studied and mapped out the project in advance. I wanted plants that could withstand the cold as well as the heat but still give the garden a base background for adding seasonal color and they came up with plants that will work for me. They were very easy to work with and had suggestions that fit my budget.

This is the 3rd year that I have used them and I am very pleased with their work. Their attention to detail is great. I highly recommend them.

The Cracked Pot has done several jobs for me including pruning my Palm trees. They deliver what they promise in a very professional way.

The front and back yard looked horrible before they started. The weeds were taller than the existing plants! They came out there and knocked it all out - cleaned out all the weeds, installed the sprinklers in the front, trimmed the bushes, added some new plants, killed the ants, treated the lawn, and put that gorgeous new-style much. OMG! Beautiful! Then they moved to the back yard. They cleaned up my walkway of weeds, trimmed back the existing plants that were overtaking the concrete and pebble walkway. Trimmed those branches from house. Re-did my herb garden (that they had installed for me a couple of years ago) and mulched it. Put some flowers/herbs in some pots for me. Added some iron planters on the fence with blooming flowers, flower pots here and there on the patio, re-did the rest of the landscaping. I love it! I have known these guys for a few years, and they are just the best. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They always take care of me and give me just what I want. I love my outdoor paradise! Thanks, guys.

When the Cracked Pot came out to give me an estimate they were professional and very nice. I was very specific with what kind and color (dark red) tree I wanted planted in the backyard. Their helpers did a fantastic job of laying sod in the backyard and grading it. However, when it came time for them to plant the tree it was the exact opposite of what I had specifically requested. When I brought this up to one of the owners he showed me a poster showing that the kind of tree he got was dark red. However, there were buds on the tree that were bright pink. I asked if he could return the tree and get me what I asked for as this was not what I asked for in our original meeting. He said that would cost about $300 more, and delay my project another week. It was his mistake, I felt he should have caught it when he picked the tree up, as it didn't take me long to find the correct color name of the tree I wanted on the internet. Looking back, I should have looked up the specific color tree before he ever went to pick it up from the Northshore, however, when I hire a professional I do not expect to do that kind of research. I expect to just tell him specifically what I want and that's all. That's why I will not hire them again and gave them an overall rating of a C. One other thing, I brought up to one of the other owners about a shrub that was having some issues in my front yard. She explained that some laying granulars into the surrounding soil would help. Since she would only be using a few out of a container, it didn't make sense for me to buy the whole container. When they came to do the backyard she would just lay them around the shrub at no charge. When I saw the bill, I definitely saw a rather large charge for those few granulars. Had I known she was going to charge me, I would have bought the container (she charged what it would have cost me to buy a large container) so I would have it in the future.

They did a great job on both the design and planting. We have been very happy with them and the results. They were here when they said they would be and did exactly what they said they were going to do.
