Cracked Pot Landscaping

Cracked Pot did a wonderful job in installing our sod and mulch. Donna and Bob were responsive in providing an estimate and scheduling the work. Donna and her son then arrived timely for the project, took their time in tilling and sodding to make sure that it was done well, and were a pleasure to have on-site. They were true professionals start-to-finish, and I would definitely hire Cracked Pot again.

We were very satisfied w/ Cracked Pot's work. They showed up for a quote when scheduled, and didn't try to oversell us on anything we didn't want or need. They were very down to earth, and their prices were fair. They showed up and finished the job earlier than originally expected, and did exactly what they said they were going to do, with very minimal additional charges. The finished product looks amazing. All in all, we couldn't be happier with our experience and we would definitely use them again and recommend them to our friends.

I received a call from The Cracked Pot - Donna once I had bought the coupon on Angie's List. Donna then came over to do an estimate. She then sent me an estimate. I negotiated a few things with her and then we agreed with the price. Then the job started exactly when she said it would start. They worked very hard and got the old weeds cleared out and bushes pulled out. The final product came out very well. I am very pleased with the work that The Cracked Pot did. I will recommend them again and again.

Bob and Donna were easy to deal with on the phone and online as well as in person. They showed up when they promised to, both to look at the job and to do the job. They were friendly and they and their crew worked hard. They are good communicators and easy to work with.

It went very well. We are very happy with our garden. All of our neighbors compliment our garden.

My back yard is 33 years old and was looking really weak and hilly. Donna has worked in my yard before and I was very satisfied with her, her husband’s and her sons work, so I hired her again. Donna and her son came and tilled my back yard, took all the grass out in bags so the yard stayed clean. They added dirt where needed and laid 3 pallets of sod down. I am sure there was more but I was not outside to see all she did. Now the yard looks new again! Great job guys! She will be doing another job for me soon. She will create a really nice sitting place under a shade tree for us to sit and watch the dogs run around or the birds in the tree or just read and relax!

The job entailed removing all hedgerows in the front both sides and the back yard of the house. Then tilled, added soil and pea gravel and sodded the areas. Next Installed a perennial garden in front yard, add boxwoods along fence line and created a corner garden in back yard. Lastly all waste was removed from the job site. Cracked Pot Landscaping is my 'go to' company for future landscaping projects.

Donna said they aim to please and that they did! All very nice and helpful if I had questions. Great job! I love my new yard and my small dog loves it too! First thing he did was water the dirt and poop on the sod. (Sorry, more than most would want to know) That made it easier for me to clean up. Love that dog and now we all love our back yard again! His leg does not get caught inbetween the down slop and he doesn't trip and hit his small head anymore! I won’t be twisting my ankles and almost falling from stepping high then suddenly low again every time I walk in the back yard or mow the grass. Bob and Donna were a pleasure to work with. They were both very accommodating to our needs and always showed up on time. I didn't feel pressured into getting more or something that i didn't want or need at the time. They completed the job in one day and it was a lot of work. My husband and I loved how it came out. We plan on working with them again to complete our back yard.

They first tilled and leveled the ground, removed all of the junk in the yard, and then sodded the yard. They added a garden area with plants and mulch. They bricked out our trees and created a beautiful patio with pavers, limestone and landscaping timbers. They used the extra pavers to form a small patio for our grill. They also fixed our driveway with sod and limestone with landscaping timbers to separate. Bob and Donna salvaged items already in the yard to keep costs down and conserve some of the special old characteristics of our yard. They saved our fire pit and even built us an area to keep our firewood. The work that Bob and Donna did is unparalleled. They were open to our suggestions and were always asking us whenever they wanted to change an idea or ensure that we liked what they were doing. The entire job took 2.5 days which was just beyond our expectations. Their work is beautiful, speedy, and incredibly inexpensive for the quality of the work. We will continue to use Cracked Pot for all of our landscaping needs. Bob and Donna have great suggestions and always have the customer in mind. You cannot go wrong with them!

I was very pleased with the final product. My wife was pleased with their responsiveness to her requests, their timeliness, and the final outcome. They did everything we wanted and went beyond what we expected.

They were wonderful! I initially called them just to purchase dirt and mulch but ended up hiring them to do the entire job. They showed up on time and completed everything in one day (and on a holiday at that)! They were very professional, and did an awesome job. Also, the price for them to complete it was less than half of what I've had other companies quote me in the past. In the future, Cracked Pot Landscaping will always be my first choice! Awesome!!! The Cracked Pot were there when they said they would be, they did excellent work, cleaned up after themselves, and were very attentive to our needs and budget. Gave us some good ideas and provided us with a detailed and fair estimate. In my opinion it doesn't get any better than that.

I am so pleased with the outcome. It is like I have a whole new yard. I had neglected it for months so weeds, vines and junk was deep in the soil. The crew came on time and jumped out of the truck ready to clear everything out. There were some plants I needed moved and new plantings done, too. It was a full day of work for three people. Great crew, on time, fast and thorough. Plus, they are pleasant, friendly people, too. I am bring them back to put color in the yard periodically. My "go-to" people.

The project went very well and very quickly. The owners listened to my concerns and made very good plant suggestions for our new front garden.
