Crew performed extremely well and took care to level yard for proper drainage. Very happy with their work and would definitely use them again and recommend to others.

We communicated first over the phone to schedule our initial appointment. Afterwards we communicated through email. I would have liked more timely communication; however when services were rendered the quality of the work was excellent. I am pleased with my new garden.

The best! On initial consult they listened carefully to what I wanted. I knew how I wanted things to end up but really wasn’t sure how to get there. They assessed the situation and gave me options explaining strengths and limitations for each. The end result was exactly what I wanted. Exactly. It was a pretty big job and it had to have been messy work but when they pulled away it was cleaner than it had been before they arrived. Not even a clump of dirt left on the lawn or side walk. A+ on all counts. Thank you for a job well done.

Excellent! Initial visit was productive! We looked at everything, planned the design, decided on the new plants, laid out scope of work. The crew (the family) was professional, friendly, and worked hard from the time they arrived until job was finished. Perfectionists!! No cutting corners which is important to me. They answered all of my questions throughout the job and was also able to accommodate a design change that added more work. They never complained and they thoroughly cleaned up when job completed! The transformation they performed on my dead and overgrown landscaping is AMAZING!

We paid for the design contributed by Ms. Beverly Katz, and contacted Cracked Pot Landscaping to make it a reality. The job lasted two weeks, and frankly it looks pretty amazing. Bob and Donna have a great team going. I would love to post pictures, but apparently they're too large.

Donna did an amazing job on the flower garden around the front of the house! From the beginning she listened to what I was looking for then came up with a plan that came out better than I could have imagined. The flowers she chose bloomed all summer and the shrubs added the perfect compliment. We had some drainage issues around the back of the house and an area where the grass would not grow due to lack of sun, so they suggested a rock garden that came out fantastic! I love my yard now and will continue to use The Cracked Pot for all my landscaping needs!

It went very well. They lopped off a few tree limbs at my request and disposed of them. They checked to make sure I was satisfied and left the place pristine.

The weather caused several delays but they always called and with a plan which was agreeable to me. They listened to some changes I had and were able incorporate them into the project. Plants look healthy and they gave me the instructions to care for them

Our landscaping is Beautiful. Donna knows her business and takes pride in her work. We were pleasantly surprised at her price and thought it was very reasonable. My husband and I are so satisfied with the finished project that we would highly recommend her to family and friends. We plan on using The Cracked Pot for our backyard, as well.

Cracked Pot did a wonderful job! I was extremely pleased with the quality of the work, the plants, and the price. I solicited 9 cost estimates before we selected CPL. The price was extremely fair and the quality of the work was exceptional. They are very nice people and are extremely easy to work with. I requested specific plants (Nunccio's Pearl Camellia) and they delivered exactly what I requested. CPL also put us in touch with the vendor they recommend for irrigation and he did a wonderful job as well. We could not be happier! Our front yard looks wonderful and we have received many compliments from our neighbors. I would definitely hire this company again.

They were so helpful with design suggestions and their pricing for services was more than reasonable. All of my neighbors are complementing on how beautiful the landscaping is and how it changed the whole appearance of my house.
