I don’t even know where to begin! Vaughn and Bongo were so awesome, so fast, extremely thorough, explained and showed me everything they did. I am very pleased with their work, professionalism and they’re also very funny! They were a pleasure to do business with and I will definitely call them again for anything else I need. It really does pay off to do business with experienced, compassionate professionals. (Ask Bongo how old he is…you’ll never believe it!)

I originally found Vaughn's Drainage and Plumbing Service on Home Advisor in January of this year (2023). Dwight Vaughn called me to inquire about my issue (bathroom sink drain had a crack and water was leaking into one of my bedrooms). Dwight came the morning he called me. The problem was fixed that day and within hours after we had spoken. Since January, Vaughn's Plumbing and Draining has replaced all my plumbing (right out to the city clean out), water lines and gas lines. This was major work and the job was always done in a very timely, efficient and professional manner (Devon and Rod are simply the best professionals at what they do). In addition, Dwight always calls the customer after a job to ensure the job was done to the customers satisfaction. They were never late (usually early) and attention to detail to make sure the job gets done properly is quite impressive. I have never had this kind of service before and I will continue to use Vaughn's Draining and Plumbing for any and all future needs. I

If the business card had an address or any other pertinent information I would have taken him to small claims court. He never provided me with a receipt after speaking with me three times and promising that he would. I would say take particular caution if you are a senior as I think he will take advantage.

Toilet replacement. Job was not very well done. Toilet rocks so I needed to shim it, tank was constantly refilling until I adjusted it. In the hour he was there, the repairman got at least three calls from the owner, which may have been a cause for distraction and a mediocre job. Zero followup from Vaughn
