Fast to respond, I attempted repairing my toilet myself. That was a big mistake. VAUGHN explained what I did wrong, and that I created more work then was necessary. Felt like a complete jackass. He was able to fix the problem immediately. Basically a simple tank part replacement, became a toilet reinstall.ð  Â

Relay lied to me and said it would be at a certain time. told me someone gave them the incorrect address and that they were across the river. I told that it would be $25 just to come and see and never was told how much it would be and just started working on it.

Vaughn's is a little pricier than some, but as Dad used to say: "Cheap, Fast Quality - Choose Any Two." With Vaughn's you get fast, quality work. They showed up early and got the sink replaced, including a plumbing reconfiguration done in less than 2 hours. The guys who came to work were extremely professional. Well worth the price, IMO.

Did what I asked little high , but called a little late on a Saturday. They showed up. Done in 1/2 hr . Good thing didnâ t have to go on the roof would have been broke.

Mr V founded the problem Job was done. They were neat in the work area he walk us through what had to be done.we are satisfied and glade the repair was completed.

Horrible. He put a hole in my tub, lied about it, put hairline scratches on side of drain trying to replace it, and was acting like he was the best because he said he fixed the problem. I still have a leaky overflow pipe and was told to call him when I was ready to change it. All of this cost me $775.00 and now I have to buy a new tub. I give them a 1.
