Sweeping Hands

We adore Sweeping Hands, and have been particularly impressed with Judith and Paloma. They are always on time, and work so quickly. They are also professional and kind, and do a beautiful job with our home. They usually come twice a week, which is particularly helpful with having a newborn and toddler! I also love that Lou is able to charge our credit card for visits, and it’s just so easy to schedule and pay. We had been referred to Sweeping Hands by one of our neighbors, and are so grateful for her recommendation!

Very well. They spoke no English and I spoke no Spanish which causes a few obstacles. Very pleased overall but I will say when they clean and move things they do not always put them back. I had to pick a lamp up off the floor and put back on a nightstand.

After writing a very negative review, the Company called me and we worked out a way to resolve the issues. They came out again and cleaned the house very well. They were on time and further, the responsiveness to my need for them to be here at a certain time was good.

I've tried Merry Maids, and many others. This is the only cleaning service that just knocks my socks off every time. My baseboards, the creases on the doors, the window sills, my shutters.... I could go on and on. I took my mother out of a nursing home and I still work. I've done some superficial cleaning in the past year, but things were getting funky deep down. I'm so happy. I don't even know how they approached cleaning my nasty toaster oven but they did. I've probably been saved from a crumb fire! Don't even get me started on the fridge. I can have people over again and not feel ashamed. Ok, my mother did see a fuzz ball in the air conditioning vent. I really needed to change the filter!

I hired them as a deal and have kept them on since. They are agreeable and will do what is needed and extras when asked.

When I walked in the house smell fresh. It was so fresh and clean and everything was clean.

The first day they never showed up. We rescheduled and they came. The quality of work was great. The issue was with was not done versus what was done. The owner is very nice and once we got past the miscommunication, things seemed to go smoothly. The owner e-mailed me initially and asked what my priorities were and I advised the kitchen and bathroom and those respective floors. The bathrooms were cleaned very well, however neither the bathrooms nor the kitchen floor was swept let alone mopped. I understand two people cleaned for two hours which is what I paid for and I accept that to an extent. I just felt like if time was running out, perhaps it may have been a better idea to spend time on what was considered a priority (FLOORS) opposed to rearrange the stuffed animals on a 3 year old's bed. I went back and read the description and it stated all regular cleaning. It did not mention floors. With that in mind, I'd suspect most people consider floors as part of regular cleaning and if it is not part of regular cleaning that is okay but when floors were mentioned as the priority that was probably the right time to bring up that floors aren't included and/or sell floors as additional. That said, if you go to their website, it features a mop and bucket on the cleaning page, neither of which are part of the actual cleaning... If you can get them to show, they will do a great job on what they clean but they may not clean everything you might expect. I would not recommend this provider.

I called to make the appointment and we set it up in a timely manner. The ladies who cleaned the house were very professional and did a great job. They left nothing undone. I would recommend them and use them again.

I would recommend this service without hesitation. They arrived at the scheduled time and the apartment cleaning was thorough and complete. They did not miss a spot, I was very pleased and will use them again in the future.

The two ladies were very pleasant and responsive. They asked questions to be sure of what I wanted them to do. I was very satisfied with their work.

This was good services and the workers were polite.

Not good. I mentioned that cleaning the oven was on the list of chores and the person who did it left my oven smeared with cleaner that I am still trying to remove.

They were excellent and I've used them ever since. It was great. It was very professional. The work was done well. Even the owner came back and she checked it while they were here: the ceilings, lights, floorboards. If she found something, she made them come back to correct it.I recommend these people highly. I'm moving this week and I'm having them come in and do my closet cleaning. Their professionalism is A+. I will absolutely use them again. I've used them during the initial time and they came back one other time and I'm using them again to do my clothing when I'm moving out.

Unfortunately I was looking for "Deep Housecleaning" as was advertised and the service provided was some very general basic cleaning which I told them not to worry about but to concentrate on my list. I specifically made a list of what I wanted cleaned like the doors and none were done. I thought maybe it was just a hard job so I wiped with 409 and the doors came clean so I know they didn't even attempt to do what I had requested. Also I wasn't even sure that anyone was even going to show up since they were 2 hours late and didn't try to contact me to let me know that they were going to be late.

They got through only a portion of the house (downstairs), which I expected, but, boy, were they thorough. I don't think my kitchen has ever been so clean. This is not the first time I have used Sweeping Hands, and both times they exveeded expectations. I will use them again.

There was a slight delay with a reply to my email but it had been mistakenly overlooked and they were there at my requested date and time. They were prompt, friendly, fast and extremely thorough - no surface was left undusted or unwashed and they did a fabulous job on the kitchen. Overall I was very impressed.

They sent two people for two hours. The only real problem was that the crew didn't speak English, so it was very difficult to communicate. Otherwise, they did okay. I don't have anything bad to say about them.

A three man crew came in quickly and did a very good job.

A for Awesome! Sweeping Hands cleaning team arrived to my home on time. The owner and cleaning team were professional and courteous. They performed a deep cleaning for my home. Each room was clean, smelled free and sparkled! I would definitely used them again!

I was expecting a deep cleaning job. I had to tell the ladies to clean the baseboards. They arrived with brooms, mops, rags and cleaning products, but no vacuum cleaner. I had to dig out my upright vacuum for them to use on the carpets. They arrived on time and left 10 minutes early.
