Overall experience is excellent! Staff polite, courteous, and thorough. I can't wait for my next schedule appointment. My house looked so nice and smelled so wonderful. My daughter was very surprised and pleased when she came home. That's the selling point!!!!

The owner dropped off her crew and gave them some instructions and then these two women went crazy cleaning my house while I went out and did some shopping. I returned and did some gardening outside while they worked. Ok, my toaster oven looks almost new again. My stainless steel garbage can which was so funky...is also looking like new. They dusted the bottles on my bar, they hit every corner. They dusted the books on my bookshelves, and the shelves. In a word... I am happy, happy, happy with the job these two ladies did. Oh, and I can also see the calls on my cordless phone now because they wiped those down as well. This was not the general superficial cleaning; it was meticulous. Thanks a bunch for giving me a sparkling clean home.

I thought it was great. It was my responsibility to set up the appointments and to make all the phone calls and it was within two or three days that I got a call from them to make an appointment. I thought that was really good because with those kinds of coupons and especially Groupons people forget about them and they get lost and I thought that call to me to me was an extra level and they came and did a fantastic job. The house was super clean and my wife was very excited when she came home and saw how clean it was and how everything was straightened out. We're probably going to get the monthly service package from them. They were a little bit on the high side, but it was certainly worth it.

Lashanda and the two women crew arrived promptly. Lashanda checked out the work to be done and the women went to work immediately, worked hard and continuously until well past the 3 hours for which they were hired. The only problem was that I had had a huge party and had run out of energy and time to prepare the house in what would be a normal state of cleanliness and organization...like having all the dishes at least in the dishwasher, and getting a room I needed to have ready for a guest cleared of many boxes of stored items.Due to MY fault, there was no way they could do all the tasks listed above for 3600 sq. feet of my house in the time allotted. MY fault, entirely.Nonetheless, they did a terrific job and my guest commented on how clean my house was. Again, they spent well over the time promised, and worked hard. I recommend them highly.

Sweeping Hands did an amazing job. This was my first time using a cleaning service and didn't know what to expect. Lashanda and her crew were professional and punctual, they even spent an additional 30 minutes cleaning. I walked in and was so excited to see how thorough they were, everything and anything was scrubbed, cleaned and made up (even my little girls dolls found their way to the doll bed). Highly reccomend these girls!

It was a great experience. They were very good.

We called Sweeping Hands on a Saturday to see if they could come clean our house after a large party the night before. Unexpectedly, they were able to meet our request and came and cleaned the house for 5 hours! It was very well done. We liked the service and the owner so much that we now have them do a regular cleaning at our house every two weeks. We have a large house in Uptown, with many children and working parents. It is a big cleaning job and Sweeping Hands does a superb job. I recommend them to anyone needing a housecleaning service.

Great professionalism on the phone. The owner came in to look at what needed to be done, and she had her team get at it. They cleaned everything from the kitchen, dishes too! They dusted everything, blinds, tables, furniture, swept and cleaned floors.! I have 3 dogs, and dog hair is an everyday battle here, but they tackled that so fast. Everyone is very nice, there is a slight language barrier, but they do understand English, and the owner is able to make sure they are pointed in the right direction. I had to give her a hug! I am thankful for Sweeping Hands, coming to help me out in preparation for Thanksgiving. I give them 5 stars!!!

Deep cleaned my home. Workers (3) were hard working cleaned base boards, ceiling fans, chandeliers, in addition to the usual cleaning. Most impressed with professional and businesslike manner in which the young lady coducted her business. I was completely satisfied and referred a friend to her the same day. Will use her services again.

I received estimates from a total of four services and though Sweeping Hands were more expensive than two and cheaper than one, I felt that they aligned with how I like my house cleaned. Some of the other services when listing what they included missed some "important" items. They provided me with a hand-out so that I could see all the services they provide, plus they are bonded and insured, which is important to me. The actual cleaning was only a B, but everyone cleans differently, or focuses more on different things. I did a through inspection, and called them the next day, they assured me that they would focus more in the areas that I mentioned to them. They seem very trustworthy and I am looking forward to my first bi-weekly cleaning, because I really believe that it will be an A cleaning. For anyone who has had long-term house cleaning services, they know that noone gets it 100% the first time, and getting it right means good communication from both sides. I believe I have found that. Also they took $25 dollars off of the price for the top-down cleaning.

I had a tenant leave my rental unit a mess when she left. I needed the apartment deep cleaned of everything in it before a new tenant moved in. LaShaa and her team come in on short notice and did an amazing job. I didn?t think that they could accomplish so much in 2 hours, but the apartment looked fanatic. I will be using her again!

I have been using Sweeping Hands for about a year now and am very delighted with their performance. They have deep cleaned as well as bi-monthly cleaned for me. Sweeping Hands truly sweep through your house from top to bottom, not missing anything. The only thing I had to tell them is how I like my bed made, everything else, they were on top of it already. Sweeping Hand rates are reasonable and affordable for the caliber of work performed. Ms. La Shanda and her crew are always polite and cheerful. I am delighted and feel lucky to have found such quality because it is tough to find reliable, trustworthy and through services that actually do what they say they do, consistently. I highly recommend Sweeping Hands for your cleaning needs.

After I used them and I actually liked them. I used them in the past and if I need, I will call them, in future. They were good, but the only issue was that they were not on time. They came in the hour window, but it was not sufficient enough, they were stuck with something or the other, but their work speaks it all. It’s just that, if they were on time or about 20 to 30 minutes late, they would have enough time to do things. When they are here, the work is done and they are good. They are reasonable and the quality is 100%. If they have some extra time, I would use them in future.
