Sweeping Hands

Description of Work: The two people who showed up to clean could not speak English. I couldn't communicate even the simplest cleaning expectations. They did not have appropriate cleaning products to clean a variety of surfaces, kept trying to clean with bleach. Did not stay 4 hours; they hurried through trying to finish in 2 hours. It was definitely not deep cleaning but sketchy surface cleaning at best. I told my disappointment to the manager of the company prior to the cleaners leaving my home and the company called the cleaners at my home, not sure what was said, but there was very loud talking between the cleaners and I knew they were very upset by what I told the manager. The manager tried to make it right by offering a f/u crew on another day at no charge, but I had taken off of work to stay home and facilitate the clean. I was too disappointed and aggravated to move beyond that point with this company.

Description of Work: Two young women deep cleaned my house; I took advantage of a half-price offer. Frankly, since I have been caring for an invalid for three years, deep cleaning was really needed. They were scheduled for 4 hours, so weren't able to complete everything, but they worked hard and did a lot.

Description of Work: We moved out and had the whole house cleaned. Overall they did an average job considering how clean I left it there was not much more to clean other than restrooms, appliances, windows and bathrooms.

Description of Work: Sweeping Hands did a very good job deep cleaning 2 bathrooms. They were right on time, very professional, and did a great job. Communication before, during and after the job was great. I gave the price a B, only because my bathrooms are very small and were not horribly dirty to begin with. But I feel I got a great value for my money. I would use them again.

Description of Work: They were very accommodating and came on Christmas Eve, which was nice considering the Holiday. The ladies were on time and courteous. They did a great job cleaning, although some spots could've been done better. But overall my house sparkled.

Description of Work: They were hard workers & got a lot done, cleaning an empty house |we are putting up for sale. Cleaned all kitchen appliances |mopped etc. but I didn't get their promise of "DEEP" cleaning

Description of Work: Excellent, overall. |There were some pots on the stove that weren't cleaned, and a spot on the wood floors near the trash can that didn't get cleaned, and some mold/stains (admittedly stubborn)in the toilets that didn't get cleaned.Workers seem to have low english-speaking skills, but coordinator communicates effectively by text.
