Description of Work: 4 hours of deep house cleaning.

Description of Work: I purchased this coupon for my son's efficiency apartment (4 hours of "deep cleaning" which really was 2 ladies for 2 hours, which was perfectly understandable and no complaint about that) To begin with, my son had a lot of difficulty getting his calls returned. Two ladies arrived promptly; however, that is the only good thing I could say about their work. They were asked to pay special attention to cleaning the windows, blinds, baseboards, and door frames. Not all baseboards were cleaned and 2 slats of the blinds were bent. They were not bent before their arrival. I'm not sure that they actually used any cleaning products as there was no fragrance or smell of cleaning solutions. The bottles had some type of colored water. I believe that the product was so watered down that it was impossible to really clean some areas. You cannot clean with just water and a rag! I know that they did not use furniture polish as I was present the entire time and they just dusted around items. They said that they were finished 10 minutes before the two hours were up and I asked them to please clean the front of the kitchen cabinet doors. They refused to wipe off the cabinets or top of the refrigerator (in a very small kitchen) and said that the time was up. I ended up finishing the job myself as the cabinet doors needed very little cleaning. The baseboards in the bathroom were not even touched. When they left there was no smell of a fresh and clean apartment as there was no hint of any cleaning product; and there is always some type of fragrance in these products. I would never recommend this company.

Description of Work: |They did fine - We are not accustomed to having cleaning services, so I don't have much to compare it to! I would not necessarily call it a "deep" cleaning, as there was still build-up in some of the usual areas that we do need to get to (in sofas, along baseboards). But it was still nice to come home to a tidy and reasonably clean house.

Description of Work: I now regularly use sweeping hands for bi weekly cleans and monthly deep cleans. They literally clean every crack and corner and know exactly what I want!

Description of Work: I paid to have a complete cleaning of my house. Two ladies came by to do the job in 4 hours. When they arrived, I asked where was the vacuum cleaner. Someone brought it later. My house was in great condition when they arrived. I hired them to vacuum and clean the floors, dust, make up one bed, clean refrigerator and stove, and wipe down baseboards and doors. Both ladies went upstairs together. They did a lot of talking and laughing, almost nonstop. they wasted a lot of time. I had to point out that the dresser was not properly dusted. They failed to remove lotion that had wasted and dried on the dresser. At the base of the dresser, they had not touched it, the dust was visible. They did a poor job cleaning the refrigerator and stove. There were smudge marks on the refrigerator and the mirror. The utility room was not touched. The master bathroom tub needed extra attention. When I mentioned it a second time, I was told that there was nothing they could do. The master bathroom door was not touched until I brought it to their attention. I have white carpet in my bedroom. They appeared to be annoyed whenever I reminded them to remove their shoes. I would not use them again and definitely will not refer them to anyone. My friends knew that I had contracted a company to clean my house and wanted to use them. I could not in good conscious refer them.

Description of Work: Sweeping hands sent two very nice and efficient ladies over to deep clean my home. They took their time and worked diligently until the job was done. The ladies did not speak a lot of English, but they did not need much direction. I tried my best to stay out of the way so that they could do their job in peace. They pay attention to detail. I couldn't be happier! We plan to continue using this service. Thanks again! AAA+++

Description of Work: At first I thought everything looked okay. This was supposed to be a deep cleaning. Did not do baseboards, ceiling fans, or clean under beds or entertainment table. I consider that a light cleaning.
