Description of Work: Since regular price is $99 minimum, and I only had one small bedroom in a rental unit, the half price deal was perfect. At first I thought I might have two rooms and be a little over the sqft. They emailed me right away to answer questions. I did not meet & greet, but my property manager said there was a small spot they couldn't remove. I couldn't find it, apparently less than 2 inches in size.

Description of Work: They showed up an hour late for the first appointment. I emailed and called their office several times during that hour. I turned them away and rescheduled. They never did respond to any of my emails or calls. I had to follow up with them to reschedule. Only when I called was there a belated apology. If I had not paid already, I would not have used them. |They did come on the rescheduled date, but they arrived an hour early. No problem. They worked for the 4 hours. The 2 girls' work was superficially good, but do not expect thorough cleaning. I had to ask them to go back to the bathroom that they had just left to clean the floor again. They cleaned one side of the louvered bathroom doors, but not the other side. After cleaning blinds, there were still a few dust balls on floor/furnishings/sills below. The 2 girls were very cordial, just not the level of cleaning that I expected. I had a couple of rooms closed off and no knickknacks to speak of as I am moving. |I wasn't even sure that they would show up on the rescheduled day. I have to say that I waited to see if the office would call to confirm, but I never did hear from them. I'm glad to have gotten some of the surface cleaning done, but I will never hire this company again. I did tip the girls as I had to leave before they finished and did not completely inspect their final work.

Description of Work: Professional service - my only issue is that there was a communication problem with women who did the work - in the future, I would recommend communicating directly with the people doing the work. The did a great job, but on the wrong problem.

Description of Work: I wasn't thrilled with the service. They used harsh chemicals on the stove top which apparently gave off fumes that ate at the finish on the pots above. They broke a light fixture on the fan which they did try to replace, but couldn't find a match, so they purchased 4 that did match so that the 4 bulb fixtures on the fan matched. Unfortunately, the fan was over the bed where my wife was stacking the folded clothes for our babies. You can imagine how that went over...if not, not well would be an understatement. Once they were finally done, they stayed on the porch for a very long time (30 minutes or longer) waiting for their ride to come pick them up. That same vehicle I think let a Styrofoam food container fall out of and it littered up the street. However, I can't be certain it was them; but wouldn't be surprised. There were two of them and one did not speak any English at all, while the other was proficient enough. While that is typical, it's still an issue that makes directing/conversing with them a challenge. They seemed to be unhappy to be at the house, and so the mood was unpleasant which I.MO. gives them poor make for professionalism. Overall cleaning job was fair at best but house wasn't spotless. I would not use them again, nor would I recommend someone to use them. As for it being an Angie's List promo offer, that reflected poorly on Angie's List in my wife's opinion and it's not likely that she will want to use future Angie's deals.

Description of Work: Great service. Two works for 4 hours. Very thorough and professional. Lashandra had a list of specific tasks they do and it matched my list item by item. Nobody else is this organized and professional.

Description of Work: Lashonda and her crew were consummate professionals. They cleaned our house before move-in, and every baseboard, window sill, wall, floor, surface gleamed. They didn't miss one spot. I am convinced that the folks we bought from never cleaned the house in 6 years, so it was much needed. She fit us into her schedule, and I will use them for deep cleaning always.

Description of Work: The service provided house cleaning for a 1500 sf house. They covered all rooms of the house including dusting, vaccuming, sweeping, and mopping. The quality of service was very good, though I asked that they not touch some papers that I had on a dresser, and they decided to organize them. This was my only disappointment.
