Description of Work: They installed the heat pump incorrectly and then it took them two years to get it installed in the right location. They failed to put the water catch tray back in fact they took the water Ketry that we had already installed away with them. They install the unit that has a Florida heat pump serial number but a carrier label on the outside of the unit and they Telling us that it was a carrier.

 + -1 moreHe was very good and was punctual and professional. His pricing was reasonable and I will use him again in the future.
Description of Work: I used Reliable Heating & Air Conditioning to do some repair work on our ventilation system. He went in the attic and made an addition so that all the air wasn't trying to go out of one vent. He added a duct so that the air would be more evenly spread out between both of our bedrooms.
