Kevin was very professional. He call to introduce himself when he was on his way. He was on time an very nice. He went over everything he was going to do before he started. When he finished he did a recap of what he did. Very happy customer.

I have called them several times and they have not responded. They used to be a very good company for a very long time. They had some new people there that are not very good. I was ready to leave them because they charged me for a service they did not know how to do. It cost me money and I still have moths flying around everywhere. I called several times. I was so angry about the way they had been treating me I told them not to come out. That was a bad thing to do. The man that had come out said he was the owner company. Whether he was or wasn't I don't know but he did not doing anything good, just everything bad. I asked them to come back out and they never did. Price was good if I remember. They have a nice receptionist but she does not help solve the problems.

There was one young man who had done a good job for a long time and was good to the neighbors. The service was good up until the man I got who said he was the owner.

If anything they have gotten better.

It was "close-to-an-emergency" call. The rat came in when the house door was open, and stayed for two days. Not even with a reservation. This morning, we heard it in the bathroom, closed the door, and looked for a person to deal with it (in any way possible). We called Pied Piper after looking at Angies, and they were able to have Jeff come over from the Westbank right away. [Insert drumroll of knight approaching here]. He caught the rat almost immediately and peace reigned again in the land. Yay. ... He was great; really great.

It worked out fine. I don’t recall anything that didn’t go well.

The owners and employees of this company are all very professional and reliable. They are consistently on time and explain everything so that it is easily understood by someone not in the industry. I trust these folks completely.

Pied Piper was extremely helpful! I called regarding a pest, and they spent a great deal of time on the phone with me. Rather than just simply scheduling an appointment, they listened while I shared my issue, and made recommendations on how I could do it myself first and save a visit. Jeff at Pied Piper even sent me an email with details on how to treat the problem and control the source. They are very knowledgable and professional and when I have an issue, I will definitely use them!!

The only glitch was a confusion with my old and new house address, but as soon as he realized it He came over with a very nice disposition.

I have used this company for 5 years, first for exterminating pest, then Termite contract. No complaints, very friendly and professional service.

I ALREADY USE Pied Piper! Their rep is a very good and conscientious service person. Problem is, I can't get them to contact me! I just had plumbing work done and need to determine if I need their treatment before closing up a wall. I've called three times and each time am given a recording that says the mailbox is full. I've written two emails: no response. I've left messages & texts for my rep: no response. Getting new business is expensive, loosing old business is cheaper!

We had a termite issue in our walls. After I called in a mild panic, Jeff spoke to me about various scenarios we would deal with at 8 pm on a Saturday night. He came out the next day (not just a Sunday but Father's Day) to give an estimate. While looking at the walls and under the house, he sprayed as a courtesy, not to stop the colony, but to at least delay them. Although they were priced out of our budget, we were very impressed with his promptness and willingness to meet our needs.

The person I spoke with was very nice and was prepared to send someone out asap.

I purchased a BD for pest control inside and out. They came out and took a look and these mosquitos. He reassured me that they are harmless. I just needed to clean up some for him to spray and get my bird sat before he could spray. He assured me everything was non-toxic, but I just want to be certain it is not. I have not had him come back yet, but I will. They are all as nice as they can be.

I called this provider because they were rated really well on Angies LIst and they had a coupon. I own a duplex so the only upcharged me an additional $75(ish) to treat both of my units. I called them in the morning and told them I had see several large spiders in my home the night before and I was concerned they may be poisonious. The person I spoke with was very accomidating and managed to get someone out to my home that same day. The technician was very detailed. He treated the jams on all kitchen and bathroom cabinet doors and he also went into the attic to spray and be sure there were no infestations. I would defintely work with this company again. I have not seen a bug in the house since they came out and treated,

Sent an inquiry via Angie's List and was contacted within the hour. Set-up an appointment the following day to check the house for bed bugs ($75). The professional they sent to the house (Steve) was knowledgable and friendly. Found BB in one room and scheduled an appointment the following day to have the room treated ($300). Then two days later they called to schedule a follow-up visit and to check the glue traps Steve left for activity. None found. I have been dealing with this for a while and it's true what they say "Get a professional" wish I would have done it sooner. It's been a week and no bites! Can't believe that nightmare is finally over. If you have BB do yourself a HUGE favor and call Pied Piper TODAY! Thanks guys!

We were having a bug problem which all homes in New Orleans have every now and then. The guy came over and sprayed all around the interior of the home and along the outside. Normally when I spray the stuff I buy at home depot I have to respray every month or so. We had this done about 6 months ago and the only bugs we see are dead ones.
