+ -1 moreI can't say about the experiences of others; however, for me they were very prompt and fixed the issue. After an issue with another company the home warranty company sent out, they assigned Mister Plumber. They arrived the next day, and replaced the garbage disposal and fixed a leak in the pipe leading up to the disposal that the other company did not properly install.

drain pipe
+ -1 moreThe plumber came our and removed a a pipe, during the job a vertical vent pipe fell over and smashed a gas lamp and damaged my house. The did clean up the mess and cap the leak. But they refused to take responsibility. They are NOT trustworthy and are the worst business I have ever dealt with. I would recommend you find another plumber.

+ -1 moreHe kept giving us the runaround about the part that he got in but lost and was suppose to call us when he found another and everytime we inquired we were told he would call us back and never did call us

+ -1 moreIt began with me doing a simple washer replacement. However, the valve seat was corroded and a persistent leak developed. I had to keep the house water shut off and called Mister Plumber. David was out of town and another plumber came out. He charged $180 to seal the shower pipes off until David could replace the valves. This was on a Saturday so I understand the higher rate. David replaced the valves a week later to my complete satisfaction.
Description of Work: Mister Plumber replaced a shower valve and performed the job well. I would use him again.
