They were prompt and responsive, but forgot to bring tarps to cover open areas between work days, thus causing rain to come in one afternoon. But overall job was done to our satisfaction at a very reasonable cost. If you use this company DEMAND they cover their work area over night with tarps.
Description of Work: Replaced roof on our house, repaired underlayment on century old construction.

They did a good job on what was described above. Very nice job on the painting. The biggest problem was grinding the brick overlap on one window to make the opening big enough for the new window. That took a lot of extra time cutting a half inch off the brick facing which must have been installed after the original window was put in. They did not seal the window opening on the inside and extremely fine red brick dust settled everywhere in that bedroom, closet & contents (closet door was open) and into the bathroom and hallway. They should have taped plastic inside the window while doing the cutting. Otherwise the work was good. They're a good, reliable, honest company.
Description of Work: Pressure wash house and screened porch before painting it; added stucco sheet paneling to cover previous panel siding; added "ceiling" to carport; fixed missing shingles on roof, replaced 5 windows, replaced broken fascia and rotted soffit; reinforced ceiling joist at corner of roof; painted exterior trim, shutters, carport, and newly added paneling.

Eddie gave me an estimate the day after I called him. I told him I needed it done within 10 days as company was coming for the holidays. His crew showed up on the day agreed and removed the old tile. A couple of days later they came and replaced the rotted wood. A day later they began laying the backer board and tiling the kitchen floor. They missed a couple of days then returned and layed the tile which took 2 days. One of the tiles in a visible place had a jagged cut, and they replaced the tile when I mentioned it. They replaced the baseboard molding after it was finished, but it was shorter than the original molding and there were gaps in drywall above the molding in 3 places. I had to ask him to fix these holes in the drywall above the molding. After the tile dried they returned and sealed the tiles. The work was completed within the 10 days I requested.
Description of Work: Removed baseboard and old tile. Re-tiled my kitchen floor and entry way to my back door, replacing some rotted wood under the broken tiles, replaced the baseboard molding. Sealed the tiles.
