They have done most of the work, but will not come back and finish it. I cannot get in contact of them to do come back and finish the job They need to finish installing the kitchen cabinets, there is a damaged drawer that has not been replaced, and some other damage on the cabinets that has not been dealt with.

I had granite put in to the bathrooms and the kitchen. I supplied my own granite and King Marble & Granite came and measured. I wanted it fancy cut, and they did a great job. They stayed until it was completely finished and managed to do it in one day.

Did not follow the contract. Cut the sinks in rectangular instead of oval. Did not look at the kitchen faucets that were sitting on the counter to cut the holes accordingly. One hole cut too big. Caused a leak under the sink that flooded the downstairs condo unit. Disturbed the dishwasher line which leaked overnight and flooded the downstairs unit a second time and the water traveled to the adjacent unit and flooded it. Refused to take responsibility for the damages to the downstairs units and assigned blame to the original installation of the dishwasher. Upon further investigation by the property manager at my condo building, King Marble is neither licensed nor insured.

They were on time and did what they needed to do. They did everything that was required. They told me that they would come back and fix anything that needed to be fixed. I would recommend them. Their price was slightly cheaper then everyone else we looked at.

The experience with them went fine. They did a pretty decent job. There was no trouble. I had a little problem; I called them up and they came right out and fixed it. They did a good job and they worked on it quickly. They were a little late. I would hire them again in the future.
