 + -1 moreVery well. The work was completed in the way promised. Any problems that were found behind the siding were shown to me, the necessary work explained, and additional charges were quoted. Everything was done in the professional way I have come to expect.
Description of Work: Rebuild rotted outside window sills, check for any other damage, caulk all windows, replace bad siding, paint.

 + 0 moreRick, the supervisor who did the estimate, answered all my questions about what would be done, The work was begun on time. It took a little longer than expected to finish, but that's because we found additional things that needed doing as the work progressed. Everything was done as promised. The premises were cleaned of all trash and debris when the job was finished. I was completely satisfied with how the work was done.
Description of Work: Remove and replace fascia and rotting siding, repair a rotting window sill, repair window frames, caulk, prime and paint all wood that was replaced. Also remove a section of a supporting beam that had old termite damage and replace it.

Description of Work: Our house was very neglected. He came out and gave detailed estimates for painting & repair. Repaired facia boards. Deck repair. He broke it down in stages that proved to be very helpful.
