+ 0 moreEverything is fine! She encourages you to call her to check in on your pet. She always follows directions. The cat is happy as am I. When she comes to take care of the cat she takes about 30 min to play with them and not just come in to feed and leave them, she genuially loves animals. She states that she offers the best rates in town and that the intial consultation is free. You really could not leave your cat with a better person.
Description of Work: She came twice a one day for a week to sit for my very spoiled cat. She picks up the mail and newspaper. If she see's something that needs to be handled she handles it. She checks the house and makes sure everything is alright. She calls prior to me arriving back home to check on me to make sure my cat is taking care of just in case I may be running late. She is also a member of NAPPS which I find impressive. She is also bonded and insured.

+ -1 moreShe is really good. My pets seem to love her. She got notes of the history of my pets before I left. She called me periodically to update me on what is happening. She gave me the best price she can give. When I got back, the house was clean, my dogs were happy and they were in their right weight also. I would absolutely use her service in the future.
Description of Work: I had to go out of town for a couple of weeks last November and Shirley Speraneo took care of my dogs and birds.
