+ -1 moreThe tech who came to install the equipment didn't have the 4K Joey's that I was supposed to have installed.When I talked to his boss he didn't won't to listen to me.Dish gave me a price for one thing and tried to install something else.
Description of Work: Ordered service with Dish.Was supposed to have a Hooper 3 and 5 4K joey's installed.

+ -1 moreWhenever I had a problem after install, they sent out a tech before a problem happened. Can't get better then that.
Description of Work: The provider. DISH, is very good. They are on top of things; example they showed a problem on my side so they called to set up when a service call could come out and check the system. The cable co. only came when the cable was out and then it took weeks to get them to service my problem. A FREE TECH JOB FIXING BEFORE I HAD A PROBLEM! THEY ARE GREAT!!!!

+ -1 moreOverall is GREAT I have DISH for over 10 year and it's been GREAT. Service is good as well. They have a good select of cable box's to fit your needs Go DISH
Description of Work: Dish is the best TV. The picture is the best HD i HAVE seen. I had COX and they didn't keep there word so I cancel and got DISH. That was the best thing i did. If you have a good view to the south east get it NOW. You what the best HD get DISH.

+ -1 moreAm waiting until agreement expires this May. They cannot fix it. Then going back to Cox.
Description of Work: For about $90.00 per month I get service until it rains. My advice to people that live in New Orleans, around New Orleans, or anywhere where your TV service is very important when there is bad weather or when it is raining, DO NOT GO WITH DISH. If it sprinkles, DISH CANNOT HANDLE IT AND WE LOSE SERVICE. When it rains, I need to know where it is flooding. When it is storming outside that is when I really need to know what the news is saying. If you live in southeast Louisiana, I would pass on it. Like I said, even when it sprinkles, we lose service. Only thing I can say about that is that they are consistent about that, every time it rains or sprinkles we lose service. If you still are not convinced, then DO NOT SIGNAL THREE (3) MONTH CONTRACT WITH THEM, GO MONTH TO MONTH.
