Over priced for minimal work done and not even completely done many months. Secretary is polite but the owner, who is very cordial polite and professional when you are a new customer, can very unprofessional, rude and unresponsive. Service was great for the first few months then became random at best. No notice is given on when the lawn guys will be coming and if my car was there they just didn't mow the back yard. The quality of work was not up to par, they would simply mow, leaving random missed spots in the yard, edge and blow the leaves and dead grass right back into the yard. They did do some custom landscaping and lighting in the front yard. Some errors were made and issues with the lighting arose after only a few months. I made attempts to reach the company, left messages with no returned call. But if they need to reach you, you will receive and email, 2 minutes later a call with voice mail directly followed by a text, directly followed by a less than professional email. Literally. I timed it, 4 attempts to reach me in 8 minutes. I was at work and unable to answer my phone, the message I received was that he had made previous attempts to reach me and I was avoiding handling the situation. The office informed me that is "just how he is and does things". I originally chose this company because I like to stick with locally owned businesses but this is not a company that I would ever do business with again.
