It went exactly as Phillip (technician) said it would, He was scheduled to be back around Noon the following day Sept 24 to tackle the issue. At 11:45 am they (Philip and and other technician) were there. The weather wasn't cooperating, (raining) however 4 hours later the Job was complete. Extremely professional, Between downtime (waiting for the Vaccum to pull appropriately) had a very enlightening conversation regarding Foam insulation and what to ask of the Foam Insulation companies as apparently there are issues that need to be addressed with respect to condensation within the area that is to be insulated. The insulation does as intended however moisture levels have to be addressed, that typically fall to the Air Conditioning Co's to tackle - after the fact. Bottom line this experience with Bryan's United A/C was excellent, far better than others in Different parts of the US that I have had to endure (probably the best way of putting it)

I called on a Saturday morning and was told someone could come out the same day. A specific time couldn't be given, but I was told the service person would call when they were en route, and they did. When Edgar arrived he was friendly and courteous and presented a clean, professional appearance. He diagnosed the source of my AC problem very quickly and offered clear, concise options for repair. After receiving my decision, he went to work and less than 10 minutes later he had done a quality job and had my home cooling again. He also checked the cleanliness of certain other components of my system that I wasn't even aware existed, much less that I needed to clean periodically. I'm not sure if that was standard service or just lagniappe because he's a standup guy, but I was grateful all the same. Both Edgar and his company get an A+ from me and I'll be recommending them to my friends. Thanks, guys!

Did a great job! Arrived promptly, and called beforehand. Fixed the problem quickly and gave a very reasonable estimate for a permanent repair. Tech was very friendly and knowledgeable.

They cost us $3,000 for the heating and $2,500 for the air conditioning. They were very professional and worked very cleanly. They were on time and gave us several options on being able to pay for their service. Their prices were competitive.

They were very professional and had a lot of good information. They came in and took out the old and put in the new. It works great. It was all done in a day so it was easy and quick. I have no complaints at all. I would absolutely use them again.

Arrived on time- performed the inspection well- was polite and informative.

Technician arrived as planned to perform a seasonal check as per the on-line purchase i had made for about $70. To clean the pan and blow out the drain, he charged an extra $47 which I thought was rather expensive for the little extra time it took.

I was worried after the quote, which was given quickly and professionally, that I was being charged too much so I shopped around and was quoted nearly double elsewhere. Brian's United was accomodating and patient and when I finally agreed did a fast but high quality job. They were friendly and understanding but professional and knowledgable. Always easy to get in touch with and eager to please from office staff to managers to workers and repairmen. I paid for a few quotes and consulted a couple companies over the phone but this one gave me the best price and shortest est of time in which to finish the work - which they honored. I also believe they did a quality job. Very pleased with the results.

The experience went well. The tech cleaned the coil and blower and now it purrs like a kitten. He told me that I needed a new coil and quoted me a price for that. The only hitch was that he couldn't explain why someone else had to come out to install the new coil. Yet, he can remove the old one, clean it and reinstall it. He left me the option of leaving the work for this person but I did not want to be without air conditioning for several days. I will definitely use them in the future and I may make them my official A/C guys.

Use these guys! J.Z., their salesman was great. They are thorough-- from their lengthy consultation, their diagnosis of my home's problems all the way through until the day of installation. On the day of installation I was pleasantly surprised to find the salesman as well as the installers at my front door! J.Z. introduced me to the foreman, then walked him through my home, attic and backyard , outlining all my concerns and telling him what they needed to do to make the job a success. They started off with placing drop cloths at my front door and through my living room . The installers were perpetual motion the entire day. They didn't stop until the job was complete, the areas in which they worked were cleaned and vacuumed. They were not only efficient, but quiet and professional. The foreman then explained to me everything they had done and answered all my questions before leaving. J.Z. followed up with me in a few days to make certain the system was installed properly and all my issues had been addressed. I am very, very pleased.

The first appointment I had to cancel due to bad weather, They were nice about it. The second appointment they showed up promptly and timely. They cleaned and looked at two systems and made some minor repairs to a leaking duct. The work was good professional and otherwise not a problem. The reason I did not give them an "A" across the board was because the technician said I needed 3 lbs of freon in both system at a cost of about $180 per unit. I knew adding freon was likely but 6 lbs of freon seemed excessive. I told them no. I had my regular company Family Air come out and they said both units did need freon but not much, They added less than 1.5 lbs of freon in total to both units. A far cry from the 6 lbs Bryan needed, I assume the technician was giving me a worst case estimate but nevertheless that was disappointing. He had done all the gauges, inspections and I was left with out of pocket almost 400 bucks. Be an educated consumer. Ask ahead of time what the services will be performed.

They were able to replace the units within 2 days. They are extrememly professional. They were on time and kept their appointment. They have a really good work ethic. They have creative financining as well.

We had a contract with them for semi-annual check ups.

I got an estimate from another company and I chose Bryan's because they were much more reasonable. The guy was wonderful, he was very nice and neat. He was just so professional.

Called another company before Bryan's that to this day has yet to call me back. Within hours of placing my request through the website, I not only got an email response but a phone call to schedule my servicing. The technician kept in constant contact with me by phone throughout the entire process, notifying me when the repairs were finished. There was some trouble with my bank when processing my payment; yet the office staff was very pleasant and patient in getting the situation corrected. I will be using them again.

The unit was fixed quickly and it runs adequately now. I have been doing business with him since I moved into this house. I can't imagine anyone being better unless they were less expensive, but you get what you pay for.

I called Bryan's to troubleshoot a broken furnace on my house in Gretna. I chose them because they were located in Gretna, had an A rating and offered coupons. I had a mixed experience with them and here are the details. The Goods : - I got an appointment on the day I called. - The repairman was on time. - Communication with the repair man was good (essential since I live out of state) The Bads: - They wouldn't honor their coupons since it was after hours (friday PM, Sat AM) - It took the tecnician 3 appointments to finally diagnose what was wrong. - The estimates kept going up. All in all, it wasn't a bad experience with Bryan's. I just didn't feel great about the 3 attempts to repair the furnace with an escalating estimate every time. The initial visit was $85.00 and that was never deducted from any of the estimates for repairs nor were the coupons listed on AL honored. I found another A rated company that honored the coupons and offers free estimates.

I liked their professionalism. They do a great job. I would use them in the future.

Two (2) weeks ago I looked them up on Angie's list and then accessed their website - their website looked good along with all of the positive reports I had viewed - so I entered in some inquiries on their website with my contact information as to what their rates were and what their maintenance plans would cover and what their people would actually perform as part of routine maintenance. I also indicated I had some hail damage that needed to be assessed for repair as well. Well, I just never heard from them. Two (2) weeks passed, and I guess they don't need the business. Either that or they did not like someone asking for price information on the front end before they ended up getting a commitment. These are usually what I call the first signs of what may end up as being a problem contractor. If they can't answer their phone or their email and they leave you hanging for two (2) weeks or more for an inquiry on maintenance work, then I ask myself: "What will they do when I have an emergency repair?" I guess someone (not me, because I have another A/C contractor at this time) would end up sitting for two (2) weeks and counting while they sleep in the 110 degree heat here in New Orleans. I don't have a problem with it - when I encounter businesses that are not professional, I simply move on to another contractor and when I get good service, I report it on Angie's List, and I tell friends and colleagues at work to call the contractor that helped me out. My electrician had the same problem with his back office personnel so he fired them all and now I just call him on his cell and I just pay him and he says his life is so much more simpler now that he does not have to carry around all of that overhead.

The service rep called before he was to arrive, as he said he would. He arrived on time and was very professional while he serviced our system. He provided a couple of different options for the thermostat and then explained exactly how to program and use the device. The service rep was quick, quiet, and clean. I am a very satisfied customer.

They do a fine job, no problem what so ever. It's 600 dollars for the year for the service.

Left voicemail mesage and received a return call within hal-hour. Was offered an appointment time the next day, but I was unavailable. Agreed upon next earliest appointment time. Company called to confirm night before and early morning of. Repair man arrived on time. Discussed procedures and feees before beginning. As diagnostic trouble-shooting progressed, kept me informed and discussed next step. Was polite, respectful of peson and property. Was persistent and systematic in uncovering problem. Found leak in a faulty valve installed by another company one year ago. Discussed repair and cost. Completed repairs successfully in same visit. Documented procedures and costs before leaving. Major cost was replacement refrigerant. Spent 2+hours on site.

Both the service manager and service tech were friendly and easy to deal with. We're moving into a new house and the central air was blowing but not cooling. I went to Bryan's website, submitted the quick "Schedule Service Now and Save $25" and received an email reply within the hour from Catherine, their Service Manager. She said they could fit me in sometime that day and they did so right away. A polite, well-dressed service tech appeared at the door, introduced himself, shook my hand and went to work. What I liked about the service is that he explained what he was doing all along the way then described problems and possible problems and gave us a series of options and pricing going forward. It's clear the guy takes pride in his work -- and that trickles down from management. Really good service is so rare these days that it's kind of jarring when it happens. I found Bryan's by perusing the local BBB member listings and then drilling down until I had a list of A+ member ratings. Then I set about seeing which of those companies had credible websites. Bryan's fit that bill and I would use them again. The only reason I'm giving them a "B" for good pricing is because there was a little up-selling going on and I don't know what the going rates are for the services performed.
