Description of Work: Complete new HVAC unit. Their salesman did a heat load count via our request; due to five years prior, installing a new American Standard system that failed under our New Orleans conditions. American Standard 4 ton split unit was installed April 5, 2017. First wk: thermostat failed. Plus, noticed a reduction of air flow immediatly as compared to prior 3 ton. Backing up, on our initial consult with Bryan's salesman, we were assured that our present electronic air filter could be re-installed with the new unit. Installation day: didn't happen EAF had to be removed. Stated by installers, " it obstructed air flow." Husband is a cancer patient, so this is a necessity as I stated in our first meeting. Accepted paying an additional $700.00 for a new EAF. Bryan's absorbed the labor cost. Over the past five months, they have had to come out at least 12 times to, as they stated, "tweak the system." And, as of this writing it is still horrible. And after a total cost of $14,000.00. To their credit, the owner, Zack, and tech, Phillip, are quite helpful. However, overall, this experience has been quite stressful. Unfortunately, I have to recommend that you move on in your search for an HVAC contractor. Either due to the American Standard product or their training of they're reps and techs.

Description of Work: Bryan's did a great job installing a new HVAC system at my place. Their staff is very knowledgeable, highly skilled and very helpful. They always showed up on time, did great work, and went out of their way to address any concerns I had. I strongly recommend them.

Description of Work: Diagnosed why central AC was no longer cooling even though it was running. Worked on unit to replace some broken parts. The polite & considerate technician was superb. The AC is now cooling much better than it was before it ever broke. The technician told me to call if I had any more trouble w/ the AC.

Description of Work: Found a leak in the A/C system and provided several options for repair. Out of three different vendors to look at the problem over the years, they were the only ones who gave options other than to replace the entire system. I appreciated the way the technician laid out the options, costs, risks and benefits. Will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: I've used Bryan through the years and have had a pleasant experience each time. He has done electrical work throughout my house including work on my ceiling fans; he always does a great job and I'm happy to recommend him.

Description of Work: Bryans replaced my entire A/C and heating system, including the outdoor condenser. Although the cost was on the steep end, these guys did a great job and were a pleasure to deal with on this job. Very trustworthy and helpful.

Description of Work: No service.......company did not honor commitment to send service personnel same day, then would not commit to an earlly time slot the next day in an emergency circimstance.......A/C leaking into ceiling below damaging neighbor's apartment, therefore had to be shut down...found another company

Description of Work: We have an extended warranty on our Trane air conditioning system. We have had problems with a freon leak in one of the units. It is a slow leak and has been hard to troubleshoot. The coils in the air handler froze up on low freon.

Description of Work: Installed brand new top of the line Trane system in a full renovation project. They were given a somewhat complex environment to work with regarding ducts and space.
