+ -1 moreThe service tech spent 5 minutes in my yard came in got the 75 dollar service fee said he turned off my bottom unit because it was frozen and would return the next day to complete the service. The upstairs unit he said he would contact American Home Shield about repairing. I have never seen or heard from them again. A week later I contacted AHS found out he claimed the units were damaged. He lied as was proven by the next repair company that came out and fixed the problens obiviously they are not competent in ac repairs.
Description of Work: The company was suppose to repair my ac units.

Description of Work: My home warranty program (American Home Shield) sent my work request to this company. My heater went out and it was really cold in the house all weekend. I was hoping I would get a call on Monday. AHS called the company again for me on Monday in addition to my message left. No return call. I ended up calling Bienvenu. They met me at my house after work and fixed my heater. (504) 835-7783 www.bienvenu.com So I cancelled the request fro this company.

+ -1 moreI have always been pleased with the service Alliance provides and the pricing is very reasonable. Plus, the technician was not at all perturbed when my dog jumped on him!
Description of Work: When I initially bought my house, there was a problem with the a/c that Alliance fixed at a very reasonable price. I called them again recently for a couple of different issues. One time, the motor on my central A/C unit had stopped and a friend had replaced it but had installed the new motor incorrectly. Alliance did not charge me for correcting that error. Then, my dog chewed a wire, causing a short in the system. The technician fixed the problem and also showed me how to replace the fuse in the attic myself if a short should ever occur in the future.
