+ 0 moreInitial completed work appeared satisfactory. Since completion it has been a water nightmare. I have had over $6000 of damage to flooring/sheetrock, etc and now the load bearing beam that holds up the entire structure is water damaged beyond repair. Then when I call the guy to tell him, he blames me, blames the deck material, cusses at me and refuses to fix the problem. I have a serious safety structural issue that could have killed someone and all he is worried about is going bankrupt. This guy is bad news. Stay away from him.
Description of Work: Created cover over pation that included a walkout deck from master bedroom.
