Hebert Air Conditioning

Everything started out great, they changed my AC unit, got it up and running but after a few months I noticed a leak in one of the pipes, called the company to report it after having another company come out and identify that there was in fact a leak, and then things went south, VERY QUICK. The owners secretary got to saying I was lying about said leak... (even after I sent a photo of the leak to her boss who was sitting next to her) after I had to use profanity to state that there was in dead a leak from the pipe they put in place, she stated “well maybe you’re f***ed in the head” and proceeded to hang up. After texting her boss back (Mark Hebert) we were able to move on from the incident with his secretary but then just a few short hours later after he realized his work was poor and he needed to make a repair he blocked my number as a whole. Won’t respond to any texts or calls. Got one word for him and his secretary- cowards.

Phone was answered on the first ring and he was able to be here an hour after I spoke to him. Took about an hour to fix it all, but he was very pleasant and made sure to explain everything. Our A/C hasn't worked this well in about 2 years!

Great. He returned calls promptly. Game out when he said he would and was quite reasonable as far as price.

Mark responded immediately. He arrived within 15 minutes because he out in the area. The problem was fixed in about 30 minutes. We had two small sick children when the air went out and a pregnant mom. Mark came right over and solved the problem. This is our third time using his services. Always happy to help and great work.
