It was great! We worked with Troy at the Airline location and he was incredibly helpful. We went in and picked out colors a month in advance to installation. A week prior Troy came out to our home to measure and we worked up an exact cost. I never even saw the installation because they were able to do it while we were both at work. It was like a dream coming home to a clean house with brand new carpet. Not a trace of debris or dirt from the workers. Very perfessional, very trustworthy, very helpful, will definitely be going back when we're ready to do our kitchen and bath!

They did well. They were very professional and on time. The quality of the work was good. We did notice on the porcelain tile that did not have full coverage of the mortar. We complained and they ordered the new tile immediately. They came out and pulled up the tile that had the problem and fixed the problem. I guess the concrete was not level and they did not do enough preparation but they resolved the issue. I was a little disappointed with that. However, we were happy with the service and the quality of the work was really good. The price was competitive compared to other companies we talked to. We would definitely use them again.

It was a dream. Very nice installers, quick, punctual, hardly noticed they were there. Buying experience was easy. I had narrowed it down to two products. The salesmen was able to tell me the pros and cons of each pertaining to my needs, ( multiple dog household.) He showed me the color and plank width choices. I either like a color or I don't so it only takes me about five minutes to choose. My mother, on the other hand, can spend hours analyzing color. Miracles of miracles she liked it too and I didn't have to spend the whole day staring at samples.

This went well. I had to stay on them to get them to do what they said they would do. But they made it work. I would maybe use them again.

It took a long time for the installers to complete the job, but we were fairly pleased at the end. We noticed several nicks/scratches, etc. Not even a year later, the laminate pieces began separating. We have to kick the pieces now as we walk through the house.
