Mr.Dean called me back within 5 minutes of submitting my information which by the way was at 9pm. He then was very helpful and informative over the phone. He came to my house early the next morning and confirmed my problem with AC unit. He was able to beat all other bids by several hundred dollars for the exact same products. He was back by lunch with crew and showed me exactly what I was paying for and what his profit would be. They quickly got to work, and within a few hours my new AC was installed and working beautifully. Mr.Dean was straight forward with us, and provided exactly what he promised. We highly recommend him.
